I am not picky, but if there is trash left in cabinets and dead roaches as well, that is just disgusting, why have a maid if they don't do their job? The first night of my stay I was poked in my foot by what appeared to be a wire spring from the mattress, it was a miracle I got...

Booked this hotel at the last minute last Monday night. It was about what I expected in the room considering how cheap the price was. Unfortunately as an elderly single female I was a bit unconfortable with the people hanging out on the sidewalk in their lawn chairs as well as the "shady" people hanging out in the parking lot...

don't make the mistake I did and ignore some of the bad reviews of this place. now I'm out the first night's rent. thankfully I have the rest coming back to me. I took one look at the room and left immediately. way outdated furnishings and BLOOD on the bathroom floor. not just little drops that could have been innocently...

The worst hotel ever. Horrible management. They didn't want to give a refund. I had to argue with them to give me partial refund for being in the hotel room for least than 30 minutes. The room had stains everywhere: beds floors bathroom etc. Refrigerator was three feet tall. Disgusting.

At least the air conditioner worked! That is about the only nice thing I have to say about this place. The room smelled terrible, the beds were not as big as promised, and there appeared to be people living there! There were groups of people hanging out outside making noise all hours of the night. We stayed two nights, and...

Horrible place to stay...lots of drug dealers, prostitutes, and drug addicts! Not safe at night plus no security to be seen...be prepared to have people knocking at all hours of the day for no apparent reason...the office staff is of no help. Protect yourself at your own risk!!

Needing short term living hotel while deciding whether to rent again or buy a house. The price for this location seemed very budget-friendly, but do not be tempted by the price. You will be disgusted!!! My recent experience makes it very clear that this facility and management do not give one care about making sure, while charging cheap prices, they...

Well, you can almost tell what to expect of your room when you walk into the hotel lobby and the carpet looks like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks, and the smell is musty and moldy. You get what you pay for at this one, for sure, but if you walk away without cooties, consider yourself very lucky.

We arrived at the hotel and Maaz at the front desk greeted us with a warm smile.Great rates, excellent customer service. The area has a lot of stores like Walmart, restaurants, Big Lots etc to choose from. Great location, easy access on and off the highway. I will definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in the Houston area.
