This place should be condemned!! It was dirty, broken & disgusting!! The night stand was broken & filthy on top, the paint on the walls was chipped & the linens were stained & dirty. There was what I can only hope was fingernail polish but actually looked more like blood on the sheets of 1 bed! The mattress had filth & dirt all over. Although I didn't see any bugs when I checked in, I woke up to roach crawling across the ceiling! The walls had what looked like dirt or feces on them that had not even been wiped off. The bath towels had SOMEONE ELSE'S HAIR ON THEM & black stains! The linens were stained & had holes & rips in them.

The girl at the desk was friendly, and I was able to get into the room at 2pm instead of 3, but that is where the positives ended. The room reminded me of a military dorm or worse, a prison. No carpeting, no pictures on the wall and the only things on the wall period were the TV and a mirror that had to be 50 years old. As odd as this sounds, there wasn't anything "wrong" but there wasn't anything right. I got the worst vibe from just being there that I literally booked another hotel 7 miles away and left after 2 hours. The feeling of dread from just being in the room was overwhelming and I knew I had no choice but to leave. Don't get me wrong, I'm not snooty and I require little more than a safe space to sleep and bathe. I felt as if I stayed here that something terrible was going to happen and I had no choice but to leave. This had nothing to do with the terrible neighborhood or clientele, it was just the feeling that my gut had that told me to GTFO.

After looking at this site, I see the management pictures are showing multiple franchises in this location. I can see why they can't hold a franchise and I'm betting they are about to lose another one. I stayed their this past Saturday night. I took this deal because it was on a weekend when the Cowboys were having a home game and didn't want to pay hundreds for a single night because I would be getting in late and leaving early. Searching for the hotel at night is a challenge. The entrance is small, unlit, and no signage to let you know to turn in. The entrance is on the I30 on ramp so if you miss the small, unlit, unsigned entry, you get to go on a 5 mile journey just to try again. The building was being repainted and wet paint everywhere but no wet paint signs. The door to the lobby was just painted and my son pushed on it and got paint on his hands. Paint was also all over the ground. I have never seen painters make such a mess on areas that should not have paint on them. When we got to our room, the room door was also just painted but was dry. That did not prompt them to take the painters tape off the card reader of a room they were about to have occupied. But it's ok, I did their job so I could get into my room. Inside the room: I get the point of having wood flooring rather than carpet to make cleaning and upkeep easier, but that doesn't mean to avoid cleaning the floors all together. I took a shower and after I got out and dried off I walked to the side of the bed to put my socks on. Walking from the bathroom to the bed was enough to turn the bottom of my feet black. The bed was damp because of the A/C. The lock on the door was not flush against the wall so it is not secure. If someone wanted in it would not take much effort. TV remote works but every button you click double taps so it's impossible to move just one channel. Try to enter channel 10, it enters 1100. It would make it a little easier to find a good channel if they would do like every other hotel and provide a channel list. The TV resolution was on the wrong setting and can not be adjusted. The TV was already small but with the resolution wrong, it only took up half the TV. No alarm clock, no noise buffer from highway. The only advice I can give is to pay more for a better hotel.

My boyfriend and I stayed overnight after a Cowboys football game. The property itself was clean and the check in was extremely quick and easy. The gentleman working the front desk was also friendly. Our room was on the bottom floor and despite the hotel being located right off the freeway it was surprisingly quiet which was nice. The room is pretty basic, but spacious, especially if you have a lot of tailgating items to store. Our room itself was basically clean, however it could use a "DEEP" cleaning, especially in the BATHROOM. The bathroom doors, walls & light switches were VERY dirty, and in some areas, disgusting. I had to use my disinfectant wipes to clean areas near the bathroom door and sink. That particular bathroom desperately needs a DEEP SCRUBBING!! Other than that I have no complaints. Overall... The Motel was affordable, convenient location to/from AT&T Stadium & we were able to get a good nights rest for our drive back to Houston.
