Hotel's Favorite
Friendly staff, very clean hotel and awesome pool. The pool is open until 11 and most hotel pools close at 9. It was extremely hot outside and our room air conditioner worked wonderfully. The staff was always helpful when we had any questions. I rarely sleep well on hotel mattresses but I slept great! We stayed 4 nights. Breakfast was always busy and the items were frozen. Since there was only one microwave it caused long wait times because everyone was needing to heat their food. We decided the next day to just grab our food and heat it in our room and eat it there. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful place to stay! Was greeted by friendly staff each day. Everything we needed was available….. including plenty of towels. Gym was conveniently located and breakfast was nice. Definitely would stay here again!

My family and I stayed there two nights, two rooms. We requested room service before leaving our room after the first night. They assured our rooms would be clean before we returned. We got back to the hotel tired with our small kids sometime after 8pm to dirty rooms. Very disappointing. When I approached the desk to tell them what happened and to get clean towels, I didn’t get anything that even resembled an apology.

Clean, all the amenities and some. Loved the stay would recommend to everyone. Kid friendly pet friendly. Staff was on point with help. Swimming pool as well as the fitness room was well kept. The room was nothing short of spectacular.

Got a suite with kitchen, they gave me some old burner. Wasn’t working. House keeping will skip your room depending how busy they are. They ll show up late or won’t. Very inconvenient. I went don’t to front desk and keep requesting house keeping they skipped me one day when I needed towels and room Cleaned. Front desk act like they will make it a priority but they don’t, the lady in the front desk needs to work on her customer service skills if she hates her job. I didn’t pay 200 A night to deal with basic cleaning issues and poor customer service. I had to cut my stay short since internet wasn’t working so I was using my hot spot for work. Breakfast s basic, water pressure is a joke. If you are on a business trip don’t stay in the hotel. This place s only good for a night.

Rooms were spacious and had what we needed. Place was clean as well with decemt breakfast. An Issue came up with the reservation and the Front desk not only fixed it …they improved it! Very professional which was refreshing. Great job Hilton!
