The room itself was not bad. The TV had a lot of static and did not have all the channels. Staff offered to change rooms, but wife is unable to climb stairs and that would not have worked. Overall was ok, but they should do...More

We had booked our room 9 months in advance and after driving all day to get to Galveston we were told that our room had been given to another guest and they were completely booked and offered no support to us. Extremely poor customer service....More
I am sorry to hear of the inconvenience that you suffered. If your room was cancelled by the hotel it was done so for a reason, which you aren't stating here, so I will again say I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
