Located within 30min of the airport, Westin offers a great location for family and business events. Hotel also has a golf course and numerous large conference or event rooms. Hotel rooms are average, good overall service. Restaurant located in the lobby is great.

My husband and I stayed here last month and we had a room with a balcony. We went on it several times but about midnight went out and closed the door only for it to get stuck. When we tried opening it the door handle came off. It had clearly already been broken as signs as weld were there and only the top part of the handle was actually on. I luckily had my cell and called the front desk where they sent security outside to basically stare for about five minutes. They then tried to get in but we keep out dead bolt locks when In any hotel room. Finally we told them to go to the next room where they could hand my husband a screw driver. He had to pop off the door and get us back in. Once that happened they then asked him if he could fix the door by putting it back on. Which he did. And then they left. We were on the balcony in the cold for almost two hours. The next day the front desk supervisor, Michael, offered a late check out and lunch and ten thousand Marriott points lol. We took the late check out and seemingly worthless points but didn’t eat. When we were leaving they all seemed sincere with an apology and even offered to take care of our next stay and he’d email so I could give him the dates. I contacted him to stay this passed weekend for my birthday and he never answered me. I finally called him and said all he could do was an $89. The regular rate I saw was 116. All of a sudden they didn’t care what happened and were rude. So I went and stayed one night and thought maybe he’d honor his word but instead got ignored when I checked in with another person. He didn’t even look at me. He knew he was lying when he told the front desk guy that maybe I had misunderstood him. I have the first two emails from him clearly talking about what he offered. And they only person who heard him tell us was the front desk person from that night, Dallas, who no longer works there but was the only good part of the hotel experience. The room I got clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. We had to have clean bedding taken to us and had to change it ourselves. The glasses were disgusting and there were items on the floor from a cake decorating kit?!? The pillow had a pee like stain on it and the bathroom was dirty as well. Thank you, Michael, for your $119 stay in a dirty room this time and a $200 room that locked us out last time. Oh and the maintenance person said that had Happen before twice with that same balcony same room. Michael also ignored us every time we walked by the front desk and refuses to return emails and phone calls. As well As the GM whom I left three messages with. The GM then tried saying they communicated with me extensively, which was not true, I still haven’t spoke to him and I had to email them and call them several times just to speak to Michael ONCE, and that they offered me numerous appropriate things to to make up for the incident , which again they turned around and completely changed And pretended it was a misunderstanding on my part. I’ve never seen a hotel go to such lengths to cover their own butt. I’ll be contacting corporate because lying and then putting me in a dirty room the second time I went there is just not ok!!!!!

Traveled on business and am a Bonvoy status member. Chose this Westin based on overall great experiences with Westin properties. Starting with trying to find the hotel, I was disappointed. Signage for the hotel in the area is very poor and I ended up at the Stonebriar Golf Clubhouse. Google Maps will not get you to the hotel. Staff were very friendly on arrival. However, the hotel room, elevators and public areas seemed very dated. The sink in my room did not drain properly (which couldn't have been missed by the cleaning staff) and the furniture seemed worn. Noise from adjoining rooms was apparent @ 5am in the morning. There is also no spa in the hotel, which is odd for a hotel billed as a resort. While I wouldn't avoid this hotel, I will be looking for a better one on my next trip to the area.

The level of service and hospitality this staff exudes was phenomenal. Very accommodating, always smiling and always available to assist. Wonderful fitness center offering many different options for just about any workout. Rooms are very large and well appointed. Room service food was delicious and timely.

The king room as wonderful with a beautiful golf course view, I loved the star bucks coffee in room, great shuttle service and a very nice spa. Great amenities, and super comfortable bed with a variety of fluffy comfortable pillows.
