If you like friendly staff and awesome customer service - stay here. Location is awesome - close to Legacy shops, on a golf course, close to the interstate, and close to the Star. I can’t stress how awesome ALL the staff members are. Teenage kids rented the Top Golf Simulator which was fun. The lobby bar had live music Friday and Saturday nights. We had a double Queen room and an executive suite. The suite was bug with two bathrooms and two TVs. Stay here - don’t think twice!

My husband and I are elite Marriott members and stay in lots and lots of Marriott properties. I have always thought of Westin as upscale hotels and was not at all worried about checking things beforehand. HOWEVER, we were "upgraded" into a deluxe king with view -- larger with view room. Inside, there was a nice big screen tv, king size bed, end tables with NO storage, and two side chairs. There was NO desk or level surface for a computer (I put on makeup sitting in a side chair pulled up to the bed with my travel mirror). There was one drawer in the closet, so not enough storage for possessions, so I called the front desk and asked if there had been some mistake. Since I was told that no, we were in the right room, I asked if there was a luggage rack that could be brought to the room. I meant the kind that folded open to put your luggage on; they arrived with a luggage cart. No safe, only one larger towel, housekeeping only on request (no door hander for that, you must call to request). And, when checking out and called for a porter -- sorry, porters don't arrive until 9:00 a.m. A perfect ending!!! Last thought: we chose this because it was close to friends over NYE and they were supposedly "dog friendly"; sure, at a charge of $50/night. We left the dog with family.

Greetings brombergbethj, Thank you for your recent stay and for the valuable feedback. Our recent refresh brought the Westin Stonebriar up to date with the new Westin brand design standard so I apologize that that did not meet your needs. The newly designed Westin closet has a built in luggage rack that allows you to place a large suitcase on a built in area just above the safe and the storage drawer. Westin is one of the few pet friendly brands that exist and we certainly do welcome our furry friends and even have Westin Heavenly Pet Beds available as well as an amazing In Room Dining Canine menu for that special member of the family. The small $50 fee does ensure the room is deep cleaned so the next guest who may have pet allergies can be protected. I understand this fee may not be appealing but it is truly necessary and customary to protect all guests. I am sorry it appears there was a misunderstanding on your request for a luggage rack, we certainly could have remedied that by simply calling our service team with clarification. We all wish you a healthy and prosperous 2022 and we hope to see you again.

I am here now for 3 nights for work with my husband and children, we have two rooms. I had higher expectations for a Westin. I never expected no desk in the room, there is one small round table so it is very hard to work. They only offer housekeeping upon request prior to 10 am. I called to order early in the am and they only came and emptied garbage and gave more towels. For this price I would expect they would clean your room upon request. Staff is not super friendly. One of our rooms has a tub and shower curtain, they said this was recently remodeled. A shower curtain is not what I expected. Both our rooms had some hairs in the bathroom on checkin. I’m disappointed I chose to stay here, Westin is usually spectacular. Wouldn’t return, many other options to chose from in the area.

I got breakfast vouchers for 4 through the Hotels.com purchase. I went down for breakfast to get it to go because my kids did not want to come down. I was told I could order any 4 meals off the breakfast menu, I did sans the bacon and/or meat since we do not eat meat. I asked twice before the order was finalized, "no meat right?" they said yes. Then the lady came and said I had an extra charge because the voucher did not cover it all. Fine, I paid the extra charge and tipped. I saw the receipt that it didnt have "no meat" anywhere on it, so I asked again, and was told not to worry that she put it in the system. I got the food and went to my room. It was missing the kids pancake meal. I thought ok, I'll deal with that later and decided to give the kids the french toast meal because they were literally climbing the walls hungry. I open the container and there is a thick stack of bacon piled on top of the french toast. I took it back downstairs and the rude manager offered a half hearted apology and said "Do you want us to remake it or not?" Well with that attitude, I no longer trust the kitchen and the integrity/cleanliness of the food. I got no refund for the extra room charge which was supposed to include breakfast and we ended up ordering in delivery. Add to that, I barely got an apology or a sincere attempt to make up for it. As a long time Marriott member, this type of service was unexpected and very very very disappointing.

Attended a conference at this hotel. I have been in much better hotels for less the price. The rooms had been refurbished but not for the better. Beds were very soft and uncomfortable and there was NO work area. Seems like a conference center would have a work area. There was space for a desk and chair with the required wiring for a laptop etc but no work area there was about a 12" wide shelf under the TV. Bathroom lighting was very dim. Furnishings that were there (2 side chairs) were very uncomfortable. Also at 7AM there was an Indian wedding taking place on the patio and drums started beating....at 7AM??? Glad somebody else paid for this room...
