Very nice ice place to stay. The service was amazing. Raul was our server for breakfast and did an amazing job. Very attentive! The food was great and they had a lot of options to choose from. The omelette station is always a big hit. I always look forward to staying here.

This was the first time my husband and I visited this location on a staycation this year. When we walked in Marcus at the front desk greeted us with a smile and was very helpful and friendly. He went the extra mile and checked on our stay. The hotel was very nice and the restaurant bean & barrel was delicious too! We will visit again soon!!

The Westin at Stonebriar is our go-to spot to stay in the DFW. Our waiter Raul was great during the breakfast service. He is always very nice and attentive. Today was the fifth time he has waited on us and we know he will always take good care of us.

Overall nice hotel that has recently been remodeled. My chief complaints were that the elevators are unbelievably slow and the room phones did not work. I had to use my cell phone to order breakfast. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the beds were heavenly. When I first turned the water faucet on, brownish water came out of the faucet. Not sure what was wrong there. It was comfy, but I expected higher quality from a resort in Frisco.

Dear jbltex, thank you for your review. While I'm happy to learn that housekeeping did a great job and you enjoyed the Westin Heavenly Bed. We apologize for the elevator speed, the missing phone in the room, and the water issue. We are in the middle of a full property Elevator modernization project scheduled to conclude in January. We will share your review regarding the missing telephone with our engineering team, as every guestroom should have one. Also, I'm sorry to read about the water issues. We did have a pipe replaced and had to drain the entire building, and when this happens, there could be effects when the water is turned on for the first time after the repair.
