I have stayed here 3 or 4 times. This time did not feel quite as much like a luxury hotel as it has in the past. I felt like the beds were not as comfortable and the linens weren't quite as nice. In the past, I have stayed on the street side of the hotel, which I find to be quieter than the side that faces Ford Field. I felt it was a bit noisy being on that side this time. As a rule, I find that Omnis are sometimes noisier than other hotels in the same price range, many times I can here people talking in the hallways late into the night. Don't get me wrong, this is still a very nice hotel and you can't beat the area for having a variety of restaurants right there within walking distance. The Neighborhood Services restaurant was only open for dinner and not for breakfast during our stay due to changes made for COVID. That was a bit of a disappointment as we normally like to eat breakfast there before checking out.

Hotel's Favorite
I spent five nights in this hotel and it wasn't enough! The front desk staff was professional and informative! Jessica was so helpful answering all our questions and giving us recommendations on where to eat and things to do in the area! The rooms were spotless, the pool and drinks were luxurious in every way and each staff member went above and beyond! I highly recommend the Omni and look forward to returning in the future! Thank you Caser for taking great care of us!

Cowboy fan or not this place is a "touchdown". From check in to check out was treated to such hospitality. Was greeted I believe by Sandy who set the standard for our experience. She explained all the amenities with grace and charm. Amid the Covid 19 challenge's, which limited experiencing all the things the Star at Frisco has to offer, the hotel by far was still an experience. Our room was well kept, clean and provided great views as promised. All the Cowboy memrabilia and color scheme definitely brought a sense of pride for fans like ourselves. All the staff seemed to be true fans as well. Talk about going above and beyond, one of the shops was closed, but Ceasar took the time to open the doors just for us to quickly browse and get a few photos!. Everything you could want to experience is in walking distance which was a great convenience not to mention the complimentary parking provided. For a great getaway I definitely recommend the Omni Frisco....go Cowboys!

My family and I visited this October. Everything was impeccably clean and safe. The staff was friendly and everyone was wearing a mask. We ordered neighborhood services and the food was awesome! We will be back to visit again

This was our second time. First in January and everything was fine. This weekend however was appalling. I will never go back! I would only recommend it if you want to get Covid. Not many guests were wearing masks. When I asked the front desk girl why it wasn’t recommended, she was snarky and said “it’s the law!” Then some guy at the front desk with his nose hanging out of his mask said, ,yes, the Governor said that the public didn’t need to wear masks. Really because I thought the law since July and as of 4 days ago was it is required in public. There no signs at all about masks. They should at least wear masks in the lobby! As Omni’s safe and clean policy states that face masks are required for staff in public areas, see above, they don’t wear them over their nose and when no one is directly in front of them at the front desk, the masks are down. Now for the worst part, again as per their safe and clean policy about regularly sanitized high traffic areas, they are 100% not following these rules! We went to sit outside the bar because Neighborhood services were busy but every single table was littered with dirty glasses. Then asked someone at neighborhood services to clean them, I was told no, because they had gotten drinks from them at the bar but are not working in that area. So how long the tables were left like that, I’m not sure. It was the same thing inside, dirty unsanitary tables! Then the floors weren’t vacuumed for a few days . The landing area off the elevator on floor 13 was filled with dog hair and someone’s lost hair extension, see pictures below. It was so gross! I guess that’s not consider a high traffic area? Sorry Omni, you’re a disgrace!

Thank you for your comments Sherri. I’m sorry to hear about your recent experience and understand your frustration with the areas within the hotel. At Omni Frisco, the health and safety of our guests and associates has always been our top priority. This is not indicative of the level of cleanliness the hotel typically provides. Our team is passionate about providing exceptional service, but it is clear we fell short in this case. Signs reminding guests to wear face coverings and practice social distancing are visible throughout the hotel. I have shared your feedback and images with our leadership team in order to facilitate further review. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us, if there's any additional feedback you'd like to share with us. Again, we apologize for your experience.
