Cozy cottages one block from shops and the main strip of Fredericksburg. Each cottage is equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay and has elegant furnishings. Walk in shower and claw foot tub. A fireplace in the room. The grounds were beautiful with outdoor sitting areas, beautiful flowers and trees, and a resident cat, Alphonse, who comes to greet you with his bow tie on. We loved this property and would highly recommend it to anyone.

My wife and I had a fantastic two-night stay at the Sugarberry Inn. We joined another couple and our daughter and son-in-law. The room was spectacular and the outdoor fireplace made for the perfect gathering. Joe, our host, could not have been more accommodating. If you are looking for the perfect B&B in the heart of Fredericksburg, this is it!

Probably the best B&B we have ever stayed in . Friendly hosts , lovely well equipped rooms , superb bedding and bathroom facilities. The fire in the room added a really lovely touch . Also the garden allows a peaceful hour on a warm day . The location is good for everything in Fredericksburg - and there's plenty to do and see , including great museums , shops , beers and food . A visit to enchanted rock is essential as it's only 20 minutes away and unique in this area . We had both breakfast options . The room service box was fine , and good for a quick getaway. The sit down breakfast was also great . Both had a lovely fruit selection which suited us well . Although near the road, the noise didn't bother us. Thoroughly recommended

The cottage was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Rash access to shopping and dining. Continental breakfast was great. We enjoyed the grounds and the rocking chairs on front porch. We will definitely return.
