The staff who checked me in were extraordinarily friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but average. The hotel is a little too far down the road to be in walking distance to the Main Street stores and restaurants.

So after booking.com cancelled my reservation and this was literally the only place that had some available rooms in town, which then shortly filled up because everything was filled that weekend. We showed up and the price was a lot considering the type of hotel, but way of the game.... last room so highest price. I could have stayed at...

Pretty good hotel for reasonable price. Located in 15 min walk (2 min drive) from historical part of Fredericksburg. Rooms are standard - no luxury, but good enough. Large parking lot, hot breakfast (also good enough). Just make sure you have a room at backyard side - street side is noisy.

Water pressure very low! The cold water was a trickle and no hot water at all. Could not change the channels on TV. Bathroom mirror had a 3 foot long crack. Carpet, furniture, and fixtures in the room looked like from 1980's. Poor lighting. We asked to move rooms. Second room slightly better water pressure, but still had to pour...

For this to be the cheapest room we could find, it was actually pretty good. It isn't a four star by any stretch of the imagination, but it is quaint and the staff is very nice. My only issues were that the toilet had a ring of mold around the water level, the bathroom seemed to be in the middle...

We visited Fredericksburg right before the 4th of July rush. This hotel is at the end of Main Street and so it was pretty quiet. It is an older hotel and not very big, but it is clean and the beds and pillows were comfy and there were plenty of towels. I wasn't expecting a fridge because I didn't see...

We were staying in Fredericksburg for one night on our way back to California. This was the only reasonable room available. We wanted to visit Fredericksburg in the morning and wanted to be close by. Here's what I can say, the A/C worked and it was only for one night. We would not stay again.

It was a nice place, with a nice staff. I wish I had time to sit on the porch in a rocking chair. It's on the main road so very close to everything and a quick drive to anything in Fredericksburg. We visited during a very busy weekend and this was one of the last rooms available, so we paid...

My husband and I stayed here for an anniversary weekend getaway. Chose this hotel for price because we weren't interested in spending and arm and a leg on a hotel room. So, price was good. It's an old hotel. We stayed on the 2nd floor. It backs up to a cemetery, so because we were on the 2nd floor and...

This hotel is okay. We stayed on the second floor which was nice. The bed itself was an okay bed. It sunk in just a little in the middle. You could tell it was time to replace. The shower curtain I disagree with because it was so thin that water leaked out because it absorbed so much water. There were...
