We stayed two nights in The Little White House. It was very comfortable for the three of us. We loved spending time hanging out on the porch. The owners homemade s’mores by the fire pit were fantastic. We can’t wait to go back.

This was the perfect getaway. Everything you could possibly need was available in the cabin -- even wine glasses and playing cards. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I am very picky. The cabin was clean, comfortable and has a video fireplace. The view out the front of the cabin was pretty and soothing and we had visits from the longhorns in the pasture. We would definitely go back and stay longer.

Spending two nights at the Cabins at Red Rock was our first outing in almost seven months due to isolating because of Covid-19. It was the PERFECT getaway! We stayed in the “Retreat” cabin but all are cozy, each one decorated differently, well equipped, very comfortable beds and pillows, immaculately clean - and we still felt safely isolated. Ours even had a small electric wall-mounted “fireplace” that added a nice touch (but didn’t heat). Not sure if all the cabins offer that. Awaiting our arrival were complimentary goodies to be eaten over our stay. The chocolate chip s’mores-like cookies were to die for! The homemade granola was divine. The poppy seed muffins, also divine. A bowl of fresh fruit, a bag of popcorn, yogurt and coffee were part of the goodies left, too. The best part for us was the porch, outfitted with wonderful rockers, and an oh-so-peaceful view of the property and deer grazing each evening. Again, it was PERFECT for what we had hoped for. So much so, that we never ate in a restaurant, instead preferring to get takeout and bring it back to the cabin and dine on our porch. It’s less than a 10-minute ride into town so that made it quite easy. The stars at night were amazing. We didn’t do the bonfire or s’mores so I can’t comment on that. There was only one other couple there at the same time and they didn’t do the bonfire so we decided not to request it just for us. We’ll do that next time. This was our second stay here, although the first was several years ago before Clayton and Christy became the new owners. Their attention to detail will keep us coming back! Thank you for another wonderful stay.

We are from Dallas and needed to escape the city life for a weekend. This was the perfect place!! We stayed in the Windmill Cabin and it was perfect. We had the smores all weekend, the were fantastic! In the morning when we opened the door to see the view the first thing both of us said was "WOW". We met great people around the camp fire each night and used the grill for steaks. Saw so many shooting stars and deer! Loved it! We will be back!

We had such an amazing time here at the cabins! The view is breathtaking and was quite relaxing. The cabin itself was extremely clean, cozy and warming, allowing my fiancé and I to get some much needed rest! Clayton was very fast when responding to our request to light the fire pit for s’mores and even took a few minutes to chat with us. Christi was very warm when delivering our breakfast, which was delicious by the way! We loved every bit of our experience! We will definitely visit again.
