A true Texas Hill Country experience and getaway. On a private ranch, six separate cabins (sleeping up to 20 people) offer porches overlooking distant views and wildlife. Just 6.9 Miles off Main Street, Fredericksburg, TX between town and the popular 290 Wine Trail. We offer well stocked, comfortable cabins and many homemade, personal touches. Wineries, music, historic sightseeing, and world-class shopping are all nearby. Each cabin is private yet open to the beauty of the Texas Hills. Nightly bonfires (weathery-permitting and by request), paved road access, and a guest recreation area with hammocks, horseshoes, barbecue pit, and picnic area. Wifi and premium satellite TV in each cabin.
The cabins at red rock are truly spectacular. The owners Clay and Christy are beyond accomodating. There was an attack of June bugs and Clay came to my rescue within an hour, making sure not to disrupt us in the cabin, he waited until we left for the day. On day 2 Clay was kind enough to build us a fire so we could sit outside and just enjoy the silence and look at the stars. The homemade breakfast was so amazing and was really tasty. Definitely gave us the power we needed to hit the wineries. Thank you both (and Boomer of course) for making this such an amazing birthday experience.

A little bit of luxury in the country with front porch rockers, fresh air and beautiful views. Very comfortable king bed made with high thread count sheets and several delicious breakfast treats with tasty coffee. Hosts made sure it was easy check in and relaxation with Fredericksburg restaurants & entertainment 10 min away.

The hospitality was 5 Star all the way. We had homemade muffins, granola and cookies along with fruit and yogurt waiting for us upon arrival complimentary. We ordered the Breakfast and homemade S’mores which were fantastic and a highlight. The Cabin was terrific and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. We had all the comforts plus deer at sunset and sunrise. The quiet was divine. We will definitely be back!

No looking for parking, and evenings on the porch under the big sky is perfect. All the amenities (Wifi, Satellite TV, DVD player). We stayed in the Little White House, with a queen downstairs and a queen bed in the loft, as well as a sofa that could be used as a bed (didn't need it).

My wife and I cannot say enough great things about this place. We decided to have our wedding at the Hillside Venue at the Cabins at Red Rock and rented out all of the cabins for our family. Everyone loved the cabins and had nothing but good things to say about them. The cabins were very clean and stocked with delicious snacks such as granola, yogurt, and scones . The Cabins at Red Rock is just a short 15 minute drive to Main Street in Fredericksburg, which is very convenient. The owners, Clayton and Christy, were very friendly and responsive to our needs throughout the weekend. My wife and I will definitely be coming back.

If you are looking for a great place to jus relax away from the hustle and bustle the cabins are the BEST! We have been 3 times and always have the best experience. Christy and Clayton are the best hosts! She makes homemade marshmallows AND graham crackers for delicious s’mores. Love coming back from the areas many wineries and local sites to sit in the cowboy hot tub, which is not hot and perfect to cool down and relax. Very nice and recommend highly. Eric & Terri

We absolutely enjoyed our fall break at the cabins! The Wrangler cabin was perfect for our family of four. The girls liked sleeping in the loft and we loved hanging out on the front porch looking out at the scenery. We grilled out steaks and baked potatoes one night for a laid back dinner. It was delicious. Fredericksburg was an easy drive to get to, but we really enjoyed being in the country. We will for sure book again and I highly suggest staying here.

What a wonderful place to get away to. We stayed at the Little White House and there are too many thoughtful touches to describe in a review; go see it for yourself! There's a special energy at these cabins that will soothe the soul. The breakfast was outstanding, you could taste how fresh the ingredients were as well as the love put into it. We are coming back for sure.

My sister-in-law and I recently had a girls stay in the Little White House. Cabins are decorated so cute and well appointed. When we arrived we had homemade banana muffins, gourmet chocolate chip cookies, and homemade granola waiting on us - all delicious! The coffee is made in Fredericksburg and is wonderful too.
We enjoyed the short 7 mile drive when going to town and usually saw wildlife along the way. We did reach out to Clayton for help a couple of times and he was there within minutes to see to it that we had a great time.
Why stay at a hotel when you can stay where you have your own kitchen, living area bedrooms & peaceful porch with a great view?? We plan to return this fall.

The property is what the Texas Hill Country is about! In the country in a quiet and very scenic acreage area. The cabins are good in size and very well appointed with all modern features such as wifi, sat tv, and electrical outlets for devices. The drive into Fredericksburg is only a little ways in close but for enough from the busy downtown area. WE plan to be back hopefully soon.

My wife and I had a wonderful time here in December. Very peaceful, great, delivered, breakfast in the morning, we could eat on the porch. Owls, jackrabbits, and hawks; and close to the Hill Country towns. Much warmer than Minnesota!!
There are more places to choose from in the Fredericksburg area.
