This house is amazing! Melanie has really worked hard to make it comfortable, inviting, cozy, and chic! Our group of seven women thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. It was only a few blocks from Main Street, so we were able to walk to shops and restaurants. The beds were so comfortable and the linens were very luxurious! I will definitely return and recommend the Carriage House to my friends and family.

This charming cottage is within walking distance to Main Street. It is clean and perfectly appointed with blue and white antiques and decor. There is so much attention to detail. The owner came by and checked on us twice during our two night stay. Not obtrusive. Just attentive. We are already planning a return visit. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at the Carriage House Fredericksburg! Quiet, cozy and decorated lovely! Met all our expectations and we were able to take our little dog, Sophie with us. We will plan to stay there again on our next trip to Fredericksburg.

I wanted my sister's birthday weekend to be very special and once I saw The Carriage House online I knew that it was exactly what I wanted. The room was breathtakingly beautiful and we both want bathrooms that look like the one in The Tiny Tank House. We both look forward to staying there again.

The Tiny Tank Room was great....decorated, renovated and CLEAN. Although small, we had plenty of bathroom space. The bed was extremely comfortable. Check-in and check-out was no issue at all. We would definitely stay again!

Such an amazing find. The decor sets you 150 years old. A huge property with pecan trees, multiple decks, comfortable rooms, great location. We were a large group and we LOVED it. This place is worth just making a staycation.

This was my second time to stay at the Carriage House. The first time we stayed in the "Cottage" and this time we stayed in the "Loft". I love this place. It's always clean, comfortable, quite and close to main street!

The room was clean and very nice. The bed super comfy and the owners very responsive. Will definitely stay here again. The water pressure was great and it was an easy walk to downtown fredricksburg. Thanks again!

We stayed at the Tiny Tank House for 1 night for my husband's bday. The space was nicely updated, clean, and had all the ammenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The outdoor patio space was nice to come back to at the end of the night to share a bottle of wine. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We absolutely loved our night in the cottage. The location was perfect, private, quiet and nice to enjoy the morning on the patio with a cup of coffee. Although it smelled a bit like smoke when we would come in, we stopped noticing it soon. Loved the decor!!! Everything we needed was there. (We accidentally came home with the wine bottle opener. Sorry). We highly recommend this place.
