The hotel was ok. The lobby nice and clean. The elevators was dirty and the hallways was also dirty, now the room was clean and the bed was wore out needed to be replaced. The ac did not work. Ask to get it fixed they sent a guy and he moved the vent around and brought a fan. It still did not cool off. Next morning ask to get it fixed and they still did nothing.

In town for Wife's Birthday and to see the Big Boy train. Hilton hotels are where we always stay and this one was very nice. Calling Valet to let them know we needed our car had it waiting for us when we got down stairs

I picked the Hotel due to location to Ruth’s Chris (which is great, you don’t even have to leave the hotel). I pre-paid, but was charged again upon arrive… and then again when leaving. I had to work with the receptionist and customer service to get this straightened out which was frustrating. We got a top floor suite and honestly was not very impressed with the room. It had a humid, sticky feel even with AC and fan going full blast. Positives: Great location to restaurants, cool history with JFK Negatives: Nothing fancy and had issues with being over charged

We finally had a night out after 2 years because of Covid and we’re very disappointed in our stay. The room smelled awful and there was no view. The windows were dirty and the covered area outside our windows were dirty as well and covered with spider webs. We spent no time to in our room and left early the next morning. Not a memorable stay.

Requested champagne to be there upon check in and paid for it - was not there for another two hours, with two glasses that were still wet. AC seemed to be broken and room was very humid with a moldy odor. Toilet continually drained every few minutes.
