We chose this B&B because of the beautiful old historical house and because it was a location close to home for a 1 night getaway. Cindy the owner, greeted us at the main house that was beautifully decorated with local art and her own touches with nice attention to detail. She was gracious in many ways, from greeting us as... We are so happy when our guests get to relax and enjoy their stay. In these crazy times in which we live...even a couple of days away from the routine, are well deserved and welcomed! We are glad we could help in the "rest & relaxation" part of your anniversary stay! Let's make it an annual event! More

The owner Cindy was beyond helpful as we arrived at this quaint and quiet yet still on a main road B&B. The Treehouse Suite was amazing. Tucked away upstairs of the carriage house in the back of the main house. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in, seriously. Nice spa tub and 2 person sauna,... More

It is so nice to have guests that come to stay for special occasions and "just because days" too. When you have the chance to truly relax and recharge, it makes the heat of the summer not seem so bad! The treehouse room is made for special occasions, for relaxing and spending time doing a "whole lotta' nothin'". We are... More

We had our small wedding (20 people total) at the Texas White House. We chose the venue for its Texas charm and wonderful location. Cindy was the perfect hostess, she helped us coordinate so many of the details and was extremely accommodating. Cindy has a deep love for delicious food and bold art which will excite all your senses as... More

What a beautiful wedding it was! Who knew we could have an outdoor, warm, winter wedding in February? We enjoyed helping with the wedding plans and making the day and stay extra special for the family as well as bride and groom! Hope to see you back for anniversaries! More

I've stayed at the B&B on four separate occasions with my boyfriend. We've stayed in the Tejas room located in the main house and the Tree House (favorite) and Cowtown West suites located in the back building. Hands down our favorite place to stay in Fort Worth! The interior design at the B&B is unique in every room and the... More

We stay at the Texas White House every time we visit Fort Worth! It is always a great place to stay for just a night, or several nights in a row. Cindy is hospitable and attentive to your needs while you are there. Breakfast is always a treat and wonderful. It is also just steps away from Magnolia road with... More

Thanks, we are always happy to have happy guests! In this business, you can try your hardest, but not always be everything to everyone, we understand...but when we are able to assist in a great stay, by having handmade amenities and comphy sheets, great beds, clean rooms, and a breakfast that won't leave you feeling too full or too hungry... We had a wedding to attend in Waxahachie and decided to stay at the TWH in order to give our Chinese international student the opportunity to experience not only an American wedding but also an American B&B. From arrival to departure our stay was delightful. The friendly atmosphere promoted by the owner provided us the opportunity to visit leisurely with... More

Wow, we love that we were "a first" experience for T. It is so nice to visit with our international guests (we have at least 3-4 Europeans or Australians a month). First impressions are always important, and we understand that the Texas hospitality is not just a stereotype, for Mindy and myself, it's the way we were raised here in... More

We are pleased that you enjoyed your stay. In the future, you might try staying in the main house for a room with the character of the 100-year-old home, including a clawfoot tub and antique furniture, for a different experience. Guests in the carriage house are always welcome in the main house and enjoy the happy hour and breakfasts with... More

The TWH is not just a place to stay while you're in Fort Worth, but part of the Fort Worth experience! Cindy is truly one of the greatest Cowtown "ambassadors" I know. Simply staying at the TWH, you will be exposed to the way FW's rich history, southern hospitality, and quintessential Texas flare collide with a deep appreciation of the... More

Our first real indoor wedding...and beautiful it was! It was amazing to see the bride come down the 100 year-old stairs into the intimate setting of a few friends and family members. We were all in tears as the song was sung by the bride's good friend. Everything was "just right." Happily ever after you two! More
