I spent a lot of time here 3 years ago and couldn't fault it so returned for 3 nights in December 16. The place has had a face lift to bring it up to modern Marriott standards which is nice. The buffet breakfast is decent and the free evening food and drinks Monday to Wednesday is a welcoming touch if...

Dear Craig M: Thank you for your time in reviewing us and we're very happy that you found our renovation to be as nice! You are right that we have upgraded our hotel to be more modern as the area we are located in! I am glad that you found the abundance of restaruants within walking distance as convenient as...

Stayed at this hotel while visiting family for the holiday. Really clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable. Especially like the common areas, feels like a much larger hotel. The outdoor area has a fireplace and trees aside from the standard pool and sport court. The area has restaurants and shops within walking distance. Will definitely stay again!

Location was a major factor in opting to stay here. We were not disappointed. It is wonderfully close to lots of good things. Room was clean, nicely furnished, and included a most respectable breakfast. The exercise room is very limited. So don't be surprised if your plans for a run don't materialize as there is one treadmill. Our only 'gripe'...

Great location and reasonably updated rooms are the reason for two stars. But... Upon checking in, I asked about a room upgrade since we are Marriott Gold. I was told NO, the hotel is completely sold out. After pulling up the online availability which showed upgrades WERE available, I was told that the online content is wrong. "Really?" I asked,...

This is a beautiful property that has wonderful staff. The room was spacious and well appointed. A small kitchen with all of the basics and a full size refrigerator would be very useful, if you were staying for an extended period of time. Can't wait to return and stay longer and do more exploring.

Know that you are paying so much for the location & the Marriott name. I stayed here for one night, $200. The rooms are so small as is the fitness room. It's in serious need of cleaning & updating. My shower wasn't even clean, had soap scum in the soap tray & I was disgusted by an actual shower curtain....

Great location of this Residence Inn. We came here to visit my niece at TCU and were very close to the campus. Lots of good restaurants and definitely in the cultural district; museums and theatres all around. Beautiful Trinity Park is nearby if you want to explore the trails. Room was very nice with a kitchen and bedroom. Bathroom was...

In my opinion: Dirty and not the quality I would expect from Marriott. Very disappointing experience. We arrived on a Friday night after a long drive and the hotel was out of bottled drinking water and said they would not be getting anymore until Monday. Since we were checking out on Sunday that didn't help us and that meant there...

This Residence Inn is really nice. My husband and I stayed there from march until the end of August working in that area and it was very comfortable! Nice helpful staff and desk and the General Manager Brian Tingner was very helpful. The area around the Cultural District is fun, lots of things to do within walking distance. Great places...
