Location is on the far north end of Fort Worth, TX. It is close to Texas motor speedway and has and outlet mall in between them. Hotel itself is nice but the golf course was rough this time a year. Staff in the bar area was awesome and worked hard! M lounge is on n the main floor next to the lobby.
We love Marriott hotels because of it’s quality, service, cleanliness… until now. Yesterday we checked in, i took a quick shower and then we left in a rush. When we came back at night and we went to use the bathroom … surprise! That toilet had been used and was filfhty. We flushed it and it still kept some of the fecal matter at the bottom. We called to ask for a change of rooms and as a compensation we were given a couple of breakfast vouchers and were downgraded to a smaller room with less gadgets (plugs, towel hangers, etc). Don’t they have housekeeping supervision before a guest checks in?????? This have been a total disappointment and an experience we wish nobody has to go through.
Chose the hotel for a business trip in Fort Worth and totally loved it! All facilities and rooms are freshly-renovated and modern; as Titanium member you get breakfast for free as well as lounge access, the grounds are beautiful - you are looking at a gorgeous golf course. One area of improvement - not sure if it’s AC or the fridge, but something is making noise in the room and it is quite loud 😅 Would be nice to fix that. We also didn’t get our room cleaned in 3 days - unsure if that’s due to COVID - but we didn’t really need it and hence didn’t request. It would also be nice to have slippers available upon request (love my slippers in the hotels ha ha); the robes are available though. The best part of our stay though was the staff - the loveliest kindest people ever. Donna at front desk was super nice at check-in, acknowledged our membership status, and was very accommodating. The ladies in the lounge were phenomenal - especially Selena and Arslyn - treated us like family ❤️ Every single person we came in touch with was wonderful. Big THANK YOU for our stay. Definitely recommend it.…
Everything was top notch for our stay over the weekend. From the friendly greeting at door and front desk to the lovely, clean rooms. Especially want to thank Rayce for going out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. He really made us feel like special guests. We will be back to enjoy the hotel and the golf course next door.
This hotel is very well done. It is newly renovated and very clean. The hotel has great outdoor space and offers everything you could need. The staff is amazing, Race at the front desk, was so friendly and when above and beyond for us. G at the bar was friendly and knowledgeable and was very helpful. The location is great as we were there for the UNT game. All of our rooms were clean and every staff member we saw greeted us. They also have a Big shots golf facility next to it and a shuttle that will take you. I recommend making a reservation before you go. All and all my family had a wonderful stay thanks to the hotel and staff. We will be back and do recommend.
A great two night stay except for one dispute, which I'll cover first. My first night's rate included a $30/day food and beverage credit. When checking in, I received 3 - $10 food and beverage coupons. When I presented these 3 coupons to pay my dinner bill, the bartender, I believe his name was Gerardo, returned them, saying I was only allowed to use one $10 coupon per day. When I tried to explain that I had a $30/day food and beverage credit per day, he argued with me, telling me I was mistaken and it was hotel policy to allow only using one $10 credit per day. He even said it was for food only. He basically said I was mistaken or lying, which did not please me. I happened to have a picture of my booking screen that clearly showed a $30/day food and beverage credit - that finally ended the argument, but he then said the front desk had made a mistake. Very unprofessionally handled. Other than that, dinner and breakfast at the restaurant were great. Great service and delicious food which I considered reasonably priced. I had the ribeye steak and fish and chips - both were delicious with a generous portions. Lu Lu at the front desk was so welcoming, pleasant, and helpful - always a big smile and willing to help out and go above and beyond for any requests I had. Beautiful grounds and pool. Room was super clean and comfortable. Overall a great stay and I would highly recommend.…
This is a great Marriott that has been recently remodeled and is very conveniently located. Has lots of parking, meeting/conference rooms, very comfortable hotel rooms, a great breakfast buffet & a on-site 18 hole golf course. It also has a large outdoor pool and patio. The employees are wonderful as I note that Jarvis, Emily & Glenn were especially helpful, friendly and caring. There is a beautiful rustic venue, The Paddock, built in 2020, that is very unique & perfect for a lovely wedding. The hotel is close to TX Motor Speedway, Tanger Outlets, Buc-cee’s and N. Oak Street in Roanoke where you have a choice of several excellent restaurants! Highly recommend staying this hotel!!!
Karla Massey and her team were awesome as always even before I arrived. I stay at this property very year for business and they never disappoint. Great hotel. Great location. Great customer service! Using the app was a breeze. Karla and her team knock it out of the park.
From the moment I arrived I was blown away by an impressive room, and professional staff. Based upon reviews I decided to stay here. My room was spacious, as was the bed. The walk in shower was luxurious. View from my room was a wonderful look towards Texas Motor Speedway. Nathan at the front desk was a terrific host. Big Thank You to this location.
Great service team at bar and grille and we had time by the fire pit for drinks and horsdourves! Good continental breakfast. Nice rooms, tub (our bathroom is I’m under renovation...bath needed!). Recommend this place.
