We absolutely love staying at the Stonehaus B & B because of the locality and the hospitality of the owners! Love how they have decorated each room with the Old West atmosphere. Great location to the Stockyards for meals and walking distance to everything! The questions keep asking about wi-fi, but if you are in the Stockyards....you are not here...

This place is very unique place to stay and the lady was very helpful. The rooms are amazing and quirky. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Watch out for the ghost !!! Very central to the stock yards.

Nice stay. Beware this is a old place with wooden floors, so as long as you can get pass the noises of people walking its a nice stay. No breakfast anymore. It needs a little work. But in a great location at a great price.

1. Background / Expectations. This was my time to stay at the Stone House. When traveling for business, I typically stay at a Marriott (Courtyard or Residence) or Hilton/Hampton Inn. When traveling for vacations, I tend to stay at small non-chain hotels that offer some local color and are comfortable with good services but nothing opulent. Below are my comments...

SUPER friendly inn-keeper and great prices. In prime location for downtown Ft Worth's bars and tourist area. Easy drive into the city. AMAZING atmosphere. We slept under cow-hide! Great stay. Stayed for only one night. People who are picky about space and state-of-the-art amenities probably won't like this place-- it's very down-home and for people who like quaint travel. Definitely...

Many good rustic details. Certain other details, such as loose fixtures and dirt where it shouldn't be, left us somewhat disappointed. Parking is described as first come, first serve. Don't believe that! Overall, could've been so much better.

My girlfriend and I were looking for a B&B feel that matched the vibe of a visit to the Stockyards. We rolled in on Saturday afternoon and called Debbie who came out to meet us and show us to our room - The World Champion Room upstairs. The stone building is all wood inside ... floors, walls and ceilings, rooms...

I knew the place would be rustic going into the weekend and Debbie was very sweet but we only saw her when we checked in & that was it, which was fine~we weren't expecting much from her. We appreciated the bottled juices in the frig that we could drink. The packaged snacks were pretty yuck, but again....we weren't thinking we...

Old characterful place, creaky floors, lovely host - but bead and breakfast it is not. A bed and breakfast does not need to inform you of all the places to potentially visit for breakfast. Our host told us that the website is out of date and that the breakfast indicated on the website is no longer available. It seems that the...
