I hosted a small meeting at this Courtyard. They offer valet parking only and they serve Starbucks coffee. The hotel has 4 stories and a pool. Billy Bob’s is right across the street and the stockyard restaurants and shopping are only one block away. If...More
Only thing that was negative. Air Conditioner in room 321 seems to be under sized for the outside temps. Unit blew cold but couldn't cool down the room until about 4 am. Was a very hot night. They did offer to move me when I...More

This place is great. Very clean and comfortable. It is in an area with limited parking so you must valet park ($20/day). I would give 5 stars except that our room faced the street and we did some noise from idiots squealing their tires at...More

Parking: Asked some of the valet guys (Darren and Kenny) why it was like this. The hotel is around 120 rooms. The property is small and only has about 58 spots on site (creek to west and south of hotel). After staff and management park, only about 45 remain. A third party parking service was brought in to ensure ALL guests were treated fair and equitable. The hotel is sold out every weekend and if you get there later in the day, all parking is filled. Having valet ensures that no one guest had to walk blocks away from the hotel in order to park their vehicle and in questionable & unsafe areas. The fee is $20 per night.. a bit high, but unlimited in/out access and staff on site all night...we certainly took advantage of that and were treated extremely well by a professional staff. Other hotels may have free parking, but go down the street and ask how many claims they have from the local bar scene breaking out windows and smashing beer bottles in the parking lot. I will gladly pay for valet any day of the week. They even have overnight security on the weekends. Valet is also NOT mandatory. Options are on site valet, street parking next to hotel (free/non-metered, but not monitored), or other paid parking multiple blocks away. In areas where property is scarce, did you really think ANY parking was free? You choose, but don't hate on them for providing an amazing service. I actually wish other hotels would add valet parking to their services. The new Hilton being built there in the Stockyards will definitely provide this feature.
