I am at the hotel right now. It is 11:20 at night on april 21, 2016. The desk attendant was friendly and helpful. It may not be the best hotel I have stayed in but it is not so bad. The atrium is pretty cool! The beds were clean. The carpet is clean. The pool is working. The Jacuzzi is... More

We stayed here one night wile passing through Fort Stockton. It is a basic hotel, that needs refurbishing. The room was large and clean. The beds were comfortable. Wi-Fi did not work as advertised in the room. The continental breakfast was de minimus. The room was quiet, probably because not many people were staying there.

We needed a pet friendly hotel and came across the Atrium. The rooms are large and have balconies that overlook the indoor pool. We booked 2 rooms and were disappointed with both. The door knob to one of our rooms was broken and it as very difficult to open. The sink was also broken in this room. We did call... More

Driving up to the hotel, it is very clean and really stands out. going into the lobby, it was very dark and quite. Going into the room, full kitchen, huge king bed, divided bathroom and balcony over looking the pool which is covered by an atrium (hints the name of the hotel) which is beautiful. After driving a long time... More

We stayed here because it was literally the only hotel in Fort Stockton with a vacancy and with 2 small children we had to stop for the night. I have traveled all over the world for the past 20 years and this was the most disgusting hotel in which I have ever stayed. The carpet was actually so oily my... More

The front desk staff is rude as all get out! Room is nice. Beds are great slept like a baby (with my little one) jacuzzi is broken. And empty... Staff could really use a class in customer service. Serious attitude problems.

First off the cleaning lady walks around w a cigarette in her mouth smoking as she's cleaning. Second and the worst, my girls both received head lice from thus place and when my husband told them they... More

Other hotels in the area were filled, so we booked this one. We should have kept going which we considered. Bed was comfortable and the tv nice, but nothing else. We woke up at 1:30 AM and decided to leave. Except for the sheets and pillow cases (no pillow case liner), the room was disgusting. If you plan to stay... More
