I cannot say enough about Mr. Gainor Inn - just wow! The grounds are beautiful and beckon you to walk around and enjoy nature's beauty. Then you come inside and everything is so perfectly put together and sparkling clean - even the Omni can't compete with this... not a speck of dust, even on the baseboards. Impressive! The bed -... Our kids were all at camp so my wife & i decided to do our own 'Adult grape Camp' & spend a couple of days visiting Hill Country wineries. The ONLY reason I am not giving it an excellent rating is that there are other B&B's much closer to the wineries between Fredericksburg & Johnson City . . . also... More

Thank you for your great review! It was such a pleasure to meet you and talk about how Pearland grown. We are very happy you enjoyed your stay. You are right; we are 45 minutes from Fredericksburg which has lots of wineries along Hwy 290 and are located quite close to each other so there is a very, short drive... More

We spent two nights in the Side Oats room and it was delightful. Wish we had more time to enjoy the facility. We were busy with wedding activities and a quick trip to Wimberley but the time at the inn was wonderful. It's upscale rustic with large rooms and bathrooms. The Side Oats room is a separate cottage at the... More

Wanting to spend a night in wimberley, found this perfect 'hideaway' for us just a few miles away in Dripping Springs. Everything around had a 2 night minimum. Once we drove up, it was an ahhhhhh, moment of relaxation. Our room was quaint and rustic, romantic. Was pleasantly surprised with all the amenities and the breakfast was seriously awesome!!

Our three night stay at Mt. Gainor Inn was absolutely wonderful. The house is beautiful, as is the entire property. The hosts were kind, incredibly hospitable, and worked hard to ensure our stay was as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. The breakfast offered every morning was delicious and prepared with care and great attention to detail. We stayed in the... More

Our 3 day stay was the absolutely the best. The Hill Country is a great place to get away to, and Mt. Gainor Inn was a great place to do it at. The breakfast was fabulous. The Mt. Laural room was not only comfortable but a great place to unwind and relax. Thank you for the hospitality, friendship, and relaxing... More

I loved staying in the Hideaway suite at this beautiful peaceful B&B surrounded by gardens, hummingbirds and doves, horses, and longhorns cattle. The breakfasts were amazing and the owners were a pleasure to engage with! Well worth the long meandering drive. The room and jacuzzi were spotless and the views beautiful! Perfect slice of Texas hill country. I was teaching at... More

My husband and i stayed here this past weekend. We stayed in the Side Oats Cottage and it was just lovely. The room was beautiful, and the bed was amazingly comfortable. I liked how it was set away from the main house and looked out over the back "yard" area. Our host was super friend and breakfast was awesome both... More

My niece and I stayed in The Veranda Room for 3 nights and it was perfect for us. The balcony allowed us to have our evening glass of wine, relax and enjoy the view of hill country while discussing our day. Room was clean, well appointed, large bath with shower and tub. Each day was started with a yummy breakfast.... More

Had a nice stay here the room was well appointed and had a great view. Took a little time for the A/C to kick in but it worked well and the bedding was very nice. It's quite a drive to find this location so don't let that discourage you enjoy the winding roads, river crossings and cattle guards. Breakfast is... More
