I am a creature of habit so Changing to a different hotel to stay at for 5 days while in Denton Tx what a chore, but let me tell you, it was so worth it! This hotel is amazing ! I was beyond impressed with how clean all sections of the hotel were. The staff was on top of everything and so so friendly. This will be our hotel of choice for many years to come!

I initially chose to book this BW location based upon the price per night and convenient location to favorite restaurants within walking distance to the hotel and a Walgreens Pharmacy. We were pleasantly surprised at how really nice this hotel was. Modern decor throughout with clean common areas and rooms with firm beds. Service was excellent. We brought our own breakfast food and did not partake of any food offered due to Covid. I would stay here again should I be in the Denton, TX area and I will recommend this hotel to friends and family.

I was in town for a 15 day business trip very recently and stayed at Best Western Premier. The cost was reasonable for the suite that I got. There was a king size bed that was comfy. The tv was large and swiveled left and right and out so you could turn it wherever you were. There was a nice deak and a comfy couch as well. The kitchenette area had a working microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. And there was ability to do laundry on 2nd floor for my extended stay. The complimentary buffet breakfast each morning in the bar area was delish too. I had a great experience at this hotel.

Overall this was a decent hotel. Housekeeping leaves something to be desired, at check in, there was hair in the shower, crumbs and change on the floor and a gross amount of chocolate on the remote. They are not daily but come the third day of your stay. Once Chaser’s opens at 5 the lone bartender makes a weak drink and the tables are not cleared/wiped down for some time. There was also a lot of road noise from my room.
Now for the positive, the location is great hence the noise! You’re less than half a mile (across the fwy) to Buccee’s, walking distance to On the Border, Texas Roadhouse, Olive Garden and Red Lobster. The front desk staff are all very friendly and helpful if you have any questions/concerns. The convenience store is indeed convenient, keep in mind prices will be triple store price. The breakfast buffet serves excellent biscuits and gravy, pancakes, sausage and scrambled eggs as well as cereal and assorted pastries. The beds and pillows are so comfortable, directly under a fan and beside a perfect AC. 65” tv in your room that can be angled to the bed or sitting area. Plenty of outlets, no USB. The water pressure is great and gets plenty hot, quickly. Parking is a little tight if you’ve got a pickup but if you’re okay parking a row farther there’s plenty of extra space beside the hotel. The lot was well lit and I was comfortable throughout the day/evening when I left or came from work.
I would return despite the subpar housekeeping because I acknowledge it’s probably not the norm. Great location, friendly staff, great breakfast. The pool/hot tub looked very relaxing but I didn’t get around to using them.

I have never encountered such a disgusting hotel room in all of my life. Truly. And I mean ever, not just during Covid times. There was poop smeared on the wall, old used towels that were not ours were thrown behind the supposed “clean” towels, greasy hand prints everywhere. What sealed the deal for me were the used contact lenses stuck on the bathroom floor. I have been to Walmart bathrooms cleaner than this.
The hallways walking down to our room was filthy, coated in crumbs and fuzz and trash. They had our room sealed with the “safe and sanitized” sticker but I am almost positive not a single thing in this room has been cleaned whatsoever. It’s a total joke. I didn’t even want to have to sit down, but driving 8hrs to come to a funeral does that to a person. Now I wonder what other diseases besides covid I may have picked up.
The manager on duty said it had “been too long” since we got the keys to our room when we just checked in and never went into our room until later that night and discovered then how awful it was. We were stranded without a hotel at 2am looking for rooms in Denton.
Go literally anywhere else. The Embassy Suites in Denton is nice, I also recommend Homewood Suites if you’re looking for something more affordable.

The BW premier chain is the best and nicest line of hotels on the market. They make most of not all of the 4&5 star hotels look way over rated and certainly overpriced.

We booked a king suite and we found cockroaches in our room. There were no other suites available so they moved us to a king standard room and charged us a higher price for the second room than what our suite cost. The staff member didn’t seem real worried about the room having cockroaches in it. As i was leaving the desk, there was another gentleman walking to desk from elevator who stated his room wasn’t cleaned up from previous guest. Seems like this location has multiple issues.

We booked this hotel on a whim for my sons birthday weekend. We weren’t sure what to expect with everything going on right now. We had a WONDERFUL experience. The front desk staff were all so incredibly sweet and helpful. Our room was HUGE and it had ceiling fans!! Which, as Texans, is a staple in our home so it made our room feel even more comfortable. Everything was so clean and nice everywhere we went. The pool was gorgeous! It’s outside and we loved that. We were able to swim and enjoy the jacuzzi with no worries because everything is so incredibly well maintained. When it was time to check out, our kids were already asking to come back because everyone loved it so much. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and would definitely recommend to anyone coming to town or just needing to get away like we did!!

I just want to thank the staff at Best Western Premier Crown Chase Inn & Suites in Denton Texas. The overall staff was great. I was in town for a business meeting and the whole staff made my stay smooth. The place was really clean. The breakfast was always hot and fresh. The housekeepers would drop whatever they was doing to assist me if I needed anything. My room was very clean and smell fresh when I arrive. I would recommend this hotel to my business partners, close friends, and family. Thank you all for the 5 star experience. I have not seen great customer service like this in a while. This hotel will do great things in the future. The assist manager has so much class and runs the hotel like a high end hotel. Keep up the great work. I travel weekly and found this hotel to be very clean, friendly staff and full of amenities. The actions taken by this location to ensure guest safety during this pandemic made me feel very safe staying there. Most of our double queen guest rooms have bath tubs. Mention to our Guest Service Agent when booking that you'd prefer a bath tub and we'll do our absolute best to make sure you get a room with a tub.
I have stayed at both. I prefer the Best Western. The rooms, the staff, the breakfast are all first rate.
We use Simmons, if you call Simmons at 1-866-WANTBED and give them code 65-468 they can get you the exact same mattress that we have here!

The hot tub is typically open year-round, however the pool is not heated.
