We came to the Anatole to spend Christmas night with family. We've been there many times & always had a good time. The rooms were clean & well-appointed & smelled good also. Our only issue was that No restaurants were open in the hotel. There was nothing to eat. Also all the shops were closed that day & the next. So were the restaurants. We had to look for places to eat Christmas night & the next day for breakfast. We wound up in DeSpot for breakfast on Saturday at Cracker Barrel! We will definitely stay at the Anatole again, but hopefully the food issue will have been resolved by then.

Hotel's Favorite
I used points to put up my parents here Labor Day weekend (Thurs/Fri) and was very impressed. I always put my parents here (or the Canopy Hilton Uptown) when they come into town and they also love it. We had room 2367 again which has a stellar view of downtown Dallas. Bed is comfortable with nice linens. Very large TV if that is important to ya. The bathroom in the room is above average Hilton with a glass shower and extra makeup vanity. Whole resort is asian themed which just makes it more unique in my opinion. The JadeWaters pool area was actually very nice even though some of the reviews are very critical of it. The adult-only area pool is excellent and so nice to have with a swim up bar and nice bartenders. The lazy river wasn't too packed and worked really well. Honestly bravo to them for still running the pool well and safe during COVID times. Overall, my parents and I were impressed again, although the hotel is a little eerie being so large and significantly less busy than the last stay, I can imagine the team members feel the same. Five stars, will definitely be back!

Since I had a great staycation last year around this time, I decided I'd come back for more. This time around due to the recent pandemic they only have one lobby open in the tower building. There is only a few parking lots open, however there is more than enough parking. Upon entering there was a small line at the front desk, but it moved quickly and at this point I was told I had received an upgrade to a deluxe room on the top floor in the tower. The room was definitely clean upon arriving, I like how they have the seal on the door too showing nobody has entered since cleaning. I really loved the view from being high up too and waking up to having a view all around, and even though it wasn't the city view, the view I got was still great. The only complaints I had were a burnt out light bulb in a lamp and everything was a little dusty in the room, however these were minor things, and they did not impact the stay whatsoever. At checkout we mistakenly forgot to pick up some photos, though the staff at the front desk went out of their way and did an amazing job working to get us contact to the photographer. All in all I had another great experience, and I will definitely be returning again for another staycation at some point in the not too distant future!

This stay is nothing like I expected. I understand post-COVID life, but I slept horrible for two nights (bed and/or pillows), executive lounge is gone (instead of controlled), SER is closed even though there are advertisements everywhere still, and there isn't much 'resort' to still have resort fees (every hotel has a gym and a pool). My car was scratched up because everyone was piled into one little lot like sardines, and when I went to check out, the lady was nice and listened to everything I just put down, and she said she would adjust my bill. Considering I prepaid cash for the room, I'm pretty confident she lied to me to get me out of there. I expect WAY more from a Hilton brand hotel, much more from the Hilton Anatole.

Great family hotel for a weekend getaway. The hotel was clean, friendly staff, great pool area. Highly recommended. I wish a little more of the hotel shops and amenities were open. The water park looked great. Only complaint is the Hilton app did not mention walk park was closed .
