Absolutely amazing hotel! Fantastic, friendly staff! & the rooms are spacious & beautiful! We are Here for a high school Key Club conference & everything was top notch!! Can’t wait to come back!! See you next year!
We went to the Jade Waters Resort for my 28th birthday and Grant, the manager, made it so special! The whole crew was awesome, including our Cabana server, Kelly! Everything about this new resort is luxuries & is a MUST visit!
My friends and I had a great time celebrating my birthday at Jade Waters! The heated pool was amazing and service was exceptional. The pool guy, Grant, was the best! He was so professional, friendly, and hospitable! Would definitely recommend for a good time!!
I stayed here for a conference. On my last morning, I woke up to find cockroaches all over my room. There were at least 5 of them about 2in+ long. One was even in my bed. It was TRAUMATIZING! The hotel was helpful and comped my stay, but that did not make up for going through this.
Our Bellman Charles K. Was amazing! He provided us top notch service and gave us so much helpful information about the hotel. He took our bags and stored them for us until our room was ready. 100% recommend.
Attended a business conference. Nice hotel with a cool outdoor water park. The conference lay out is very well done. Appreciate the valet and Bellman service. I had quite a bit off stuff for the conference to bring out and load in my car and they took good care of me.
This is an older hotel and it shows. We were in the Atrium building. We heard water gurgling and looked in the bathroom and found that the toilet and other sewer had backed up into the two sinks in the double vanity. We had to change rooms! The carpet in the rooms need changing. The bathrooms are small!!! The indoor pool and hott tub were out of order. It looks like this was quite a place in it's day. AC worked ok and shower pressure was good. We did get to enjoy the outdoor pools on a chilly day. They were heated.
I needed a mouse for an upcoming meeting. While I tried to get one out of the cvs machine, there weren't any left. Charles K (Bellman Captain) loaned me an available mouse. While it may on the surface doesn't seem like a big thing, it really was. His understanding and act of kindness really helped make the virtual presentation I gave a success. Thank you Charles, I'm grateful for the world class service you provide to us.
We brought our two small children to the Anatole for a quick spring break staycation. We had a suite, which was nice and clean. However, it was colder than anticipated, so the Jade Waters waterpark was a little uncomfortable (although the kids still liked it!). When I made the reservation, I wasn't too worried about the weather, since the website advertises two indoor pools. HOWEVER, the only indoor pool that they allow children into was closed for our entire stay. I suggested that they make an exception and let kids into the adults only indoor pool, and they refused. So our only alternative was to proceed to the outdoor pool, while it was 50 degrees outside. The pool was heated, but it was still pretty cold and somewhat uncomfortable. The hot tub was packed, so we had to jockey for a seat there when we could. I understand that things happen, but I felt as though we weren't offered any accommodations or anything to alleviate a pretty disappointing turn of events during a cold spring break. …
