We were lucky enough to stay at your wonderful hotel for three nights this March. We were with our children and had two rooms. From the moment we checked in the staff was fantastic. We arrived early and had brunch at The Mansion Restaurant. The staff was friendly and attentive, the food was excellent. We then sat at the pool while we waited for our rooms. The front desk staff hand delivered our room keys to the pool which was a great touch. The rooms at your hotel are beautiful, well appointed, clean and spacious. The bathrooms are gorgeous. The small balconies are lovely. Your housekeeping staff did not miss a beat. The turndown service was performed every night. Overall your hotel is a world class property. Every part of the hotel is tastefully decorated. The fireplace in the lobby lounge is comfortable and inviting. Your service is superb. Thank you for a fantastic stay.…
Lovely property - incredibly refined and quiet, yet close to wonderful restaurants and night life. Understated elegance. Warm, highly effective staff. Unmatched personalized service. Lobby bar is fantastic. Well-equipped gym. Absolute perfection.
Of course, the property is beautiful; but the reason I rate The Mansion at Turtle Creek a “10” is for the people that create the experience. From the moment we arrived at the valet, I knew Our experience would be very special. The seamless handoff from valet to bellman to front desk to the concierge made our arrival the single best welcome we’ve ever had. The restaurant experience for dinner ensured we would eat all our meals there. We ordered an off-menu cocktail at the bar that is a family favorite and the bartenders made it with pleasure. The room was immaculately cleaned by warm and friendly team members. The best thing about the team was that they provided the highest level of service with no pretense. Regardless of their origin, they delivered warm Texas hospitality with engaging conversations. This is all a sign of great leadership and remarkable hiring.…
Lovely and beautiful inviting and secure hotel. Friends were welcome to join me for a meal, reservations needed. Felt quiet and friendly, even with a huge wedding going on. Easy drive from Love Field. Expensive.
Love the staff who are all so friendly. The rooms are beautiful and even the entry level are spacious. The bar is always lively and the restaurant is excellent. We had a very fancy dinner in the restaurant and I have also had some very nice lunches in the past with fine cuisine.
All the staff were very polite and helpful, especially getting last-minute reservations for dinner and brunch. The rooms were amazing and staff were very attentive to every need. If you want a romantic getaway in Dallas, this is the place.
All aspects were outstanding, as usual. The concierge desk was very helpful and made our dinner reservations at our preferred table, ordered flowers (a dozen red roses)and wine for our room. We stopped into the bar before dinner and the drinks were excellent. This was our first occasion to go to the bar as it was closed on our 2 prior visits. My wife and I both really enjoy the restaurant. The food and service are superb. I had the 7 course Chef's dinner and Denise had the 5 course. all the courses were tasty and interesting. At one point I asked our server (Angela) to cancel the rest of my food and just bring me a big bowl of the foie gras brulee and a spoon as it was truly delicious. The wine pairings went well with each course and were a fun way to try new wines and experience the pairings The servings on the 7 course were generous such that I did not attempt to eat all of them - except the before mentioned foie gras brulee. Breakfast was quite good and, again, generous portions. We reluctantly left Rosewood Mansion after breakfast but will definitely return next year as it has become our anniversary tradition. We'd come more often but we live in Southlake and are out of town at least 7 months each year. Thanks to all for a lovely weekend.…
We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were fabulous and service was second to none. Staff was courteous and very helpful. Beautiful hotel. Loved the renovations. We had breakfast and dinner at the on site restaurant and was one of the highlights of our stay
We stayed over a weekend. Terrific staff. Beautiful and luxurious hotel. Room was perfect, except that the bathroom door placement was awkward. Dining room: our dinner was outstanding. Best dinner of our winter. Spa area needs some updating and attention: it is run down. Overall very pleased, clean room and attentive staff. Great location. Would love to stay there again.
It was the first time I have been back since the renovation - the hotel is gorgeous! Congratulations on keeping the best parts (particularly the bar). We were in room 702 - love what you have done with the bathrooms. Of course, when I saw Mary it was home.
