This hotel was very luxurious, and the staff very helpful. We had an early morning flight and when we got to the hotel it was 9AM. We didn't even request early check-in, but our room was already available when we got there, and they let us check-in early. We had a very pleasant stay, the room was very updated and...

This hotel is in a great location in Dallas. Minutes from Love Field, 5 minutes to downtown, and close to SMU area. Checked in on a Friday that was sold out and they had me in a single double bed room. I asked for a 2 bed room and they accommodated me with one. Very friendly staff. Hotel lobby looked...

Upon check in, as a gold elite, I asked for an upgrade, which the front desk attendant, a trainee, seemed willing to do, but after consulting the manager on duty, she and the MOD returned and I was informed the hotel was full. Just like that, the hotel filled up. So I was given a nice room with a view...

This was my 1st time visiting Dallas so I wanted an upscale hotel. The hotel is very nice overall but to pay $140 a night I expected a fridge, microwave and a hair dryer. The king size room didn't have any of that. Considering I've stayed at Motel 6 and they had hair dryers and free breakfast all for $59...

Stayed here two nights, the day before and after a 2 night conference at the Four Seasons. Is this the best Marriott or hotel I have ever stayed at? No... but it is definitely top 5. When you factor in that this is only a Category 4... it is the best redemption I have seen. What it is A terrific...

We checked in on feb 28th and placed in a king bed room after calling weeks ahead to ensure 2 doubled beds. Food was terrible and walls are thin. Can hear everything! Bell boy never came with luggage cart and valet took 45 min for a Mon checkout. Sadly the menu was very limited and very overpriced. Beds were comfortable.

We made reservations for a Friday and Saturday night. On arrival, they did not have the room I requested and were told that one of our party was going to be put on an air mattress. They got our room service order for breakfast wrong both mornings and did it wrong twice the second morning, so we just sent the...

I returned from my stay three days ago, and I am still thinking about the very enjoyable stay we had at this hotel. Our group of over 50 people plus presenters stayed two nights and three days for an intense training conference. We were served breakfast, lunch and dinner two of those days in the hotel. We also made use...

Took my family for a Valentines Day weekend vacation and what we experienced felt like 2 different hotels. No greeting or help for valet or any bellhops. We wound up self parking as nobody came out or offered help as we stood there unpacking an entire trunk. Front desk staff was nice. It was Valentines Day and had complimentary cookies...
