Debra makes the lounge experience 100x better. Food is good too. Hotel is very nice for a reasonable price for how accommodative it is and the location. Would not want to stay anywhere else when travelimg for business. Make sure to see Debra in the lounge!
I’ve stayed at Marriotts almost 1700 times and the lounge at the Dallas Renaissance is one of the best. Debra and Zach ensure a pleasant atmosphere while providing wonderful food selections for both breakfast and dinner. I stay at this Renaissance religiously while traveling through Dallas and have never had a negative experience.
We had a wonderful stay here. The hotels location is very central and close to many shopping centers and restaurants. The hotel restaurant is delicious and worth every dollar. Debra (associate) in the concierge lounge is extraordinary. She is absolutely delightful. Always had a smile on and was super attentive to all the guest. You can tell everyone adores her. I would highly recommend hotel.
Hotel is beautiful, employees are attentive, and the rooms are cozy. The beds are comfortable and the room cleaning crew is as good as can be expected these days. (Mirrors and counters are left with spots, but not that big of a deal) The concierge lounge is what keeps us coming back. Debra and Zak are a Godsend and singlehandedly salvaged a rocky trip for us.
Renaissance Dallas Hotel showed great service to their guests. Especially in the executive lounge. The breakfast and evening tapas service was exceptionally helpful. The morning attendant did everything he could to find me green tea and the evening attendant, Debra, took the time to make sure all my food was fresh and/or warm.
Brandon was polite and quickly had my car ready after a late evening event. He proved a cart and assistance with the doors when my hands were full. I appreciate the great service. I would definitely recommend using the service again.
Fantastic hotel and guest services. Clean, comfortable and modern. Jasmin H. at the front desk went above and beyond to help us on more than one occasion during our stay! We will definitely stay at the Renaissance again next time.
Valerie, at the front desk at Renaissance Dallas was amazing! She was so very helpful, courteous, and so very cheerful. She saw me the next day and even asked how she could assist me when she was getting off of work! Best customer service!!!
From the time that I arrived from the time that I left, my experience at this hotel was nothing short of phenomenal. Ahmon at the front desk was amazing, helpful and very cheerful. Not even to mention the valet, so nice and helpful. Restaurant was excellent. The view was perfect. I can't think of anything wrong.
As a long time Marriott member I will say this was one of the best run and polite properties I have been on is some time. From check in to check out it was amazing service. I was here for 4 days doing business and an easy decision to return. The highlight was the Club Lounge which has nice spacing and well balanced food options. The true standout of this room is the evening host Debra, in all my 30 years of travels she was the nicest and most accommodating employee I have had the privilege to make contact with. A special thanks to the GM of this property and the entire staff.
