The room had fabulous views, and was clean, updated and a great place to stay. The location was great also, since we were able to catch their free shuttle to get to most places. In addition, it is only a few blocks from the city's free transportation as well to get to the Bishop Arts district which has cute shops,...

I was in Dallas Texas for work and had the opportunity to stay at the Hyatt regency in Dallas, TX. You will find yourself on the door steps which ascend to the top of the Reunion Tower and witness a 360-degree view of Dallas in the fresh and exciting GeO-Deck which has both indoor and outdoor viewing. While there you...

Thank you so much for the great review! Your details really capture the very cool Reunion Tower GeO-Deck and the downtown area. Good news! There are more restaurants slated to join Dallas in the West End, which will see a $70 million make over starting soon. More good things within a short walk from the hotel, we're really looking forward...

My husband and I were celebrating our 3rd anniversary and chose to stay at the Hyatt. We enjoyed every second of it and absolutely loved our room and the view. We will be returning to the Hyatt next time we visit Dallas.

Great location but room had lots of dust and bathroom drainage very slow and awful smell when taking showers. Parking service was great. Love the elevator and the view of the city. Location of the place is very convenient.

Other than some street noise even on the ninth floor, the room was comfortable. I dropped something behind the desk and when I retrieved it I saw how dirty it was. The beds were very comfortable and I was happy to see all of the bed linen was very crisp. No bed spread that had been around the block a...

The hotel is very nice. The room was large and comfortable. The room had a refrigerator and a coffee maker. There is free Wi-Fi. I recommend against the city view because of the train station right below. There is a short-cut tunnel from the hotel (entrance hidden near the tower gift shop downstairs) to Union station. Otherwise, there is a...

The rooms in this hotel are very nice and perfect for business travelers. The bathrooms are very nice and have very nice showers. Ask for a room in the main tower for a shorter walk to the bar/restaurants. Hotel has a ton of meeting space for conferences and the catering team does a great job. Con: no coffeemaker in the...

First time in Dallas and my first time staying at a Hyatt. It is a large facility within walking distance to many attractions. Right next to the Reunion Tower and Union Station. The trains were loud on the city view side of the hotel.

Couldn't get one night of good rest. Due to noise from elevators and rooms and trains and kids running around. I will never come to this hotel again. I will complain to AT&T regarding this. I asked for a room away from elevators for this reason
