The room was very clean, and the hotel lobby, conference rooms, and restaurants were classy. However, I found the room amenities outdated, and that matters to me more than a fancy lobby and glass elevators. No outside air for the rooms was worrisome in this age of airborne diseases. There was only one towel hook in the bathroom, next to the toilet, and no towel bars, nor any other place to hang up a towel except with a clothes hanger in the closet. The towels were thin. The glass shower leaked water all over the floor. The fridge was the tiniest I have ever seen, anywhere, and very shallow so that little fit. There was no microwave, even though microwaves are appearing in upper-quality hotels now. Again, though, everything was very clean. The room just was not very comfortable.
The Hyatt Regency Dallas was an excellent facillity and the staff was very curtious and helpful. Lots of food options on site and excellent fitness facility. It was very easy to get to from the airport.
Great views, multiple dining options, easy to access from the major roadway. Staff was very nice and helpful, including the valley service, and the rooms were clean and modern. This location is near the public train transit and within half a mile of the Dallas aquarium.
The bed was comfortable; there are light-blocking shades on the windows - keeps the room cool and dark if you want to sleep in! The air conditioner was quiet, there were plenty of hangers in the closet, the desk area had plenty of ports/outlets for any office equipment that might need to be set up, and the desk chair was nice! I had a great time and I hope I get to come again sometime!
Moe took great care of me and my father. He was empathetic and acknowledged understanding of my father’s physical needs. He was pleasant, respectful and kind as he listened and assured us that he will take care of us during our stay. Moe provided me with clear instructions on how to call for valet whenever I was ready for my car. My dad and I were extremely satisfied with Moe’s service. Thank you!
Hotel is nice as were amenities. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Would have liked a magnifying mirror in the bathroom. Better lighting in the bathroom would be a plus for women getting dressed and putting on make-up in the morning.
I stayed 4 nights recently at this hotel. Compared to other hotels I have stayed in both during and post-COVID, this hotel is the closest to the "normal" service one would expect from a Hyatt Regency. Room was cleaned daily, there were valets to help with luggage- restaurants were a little understaffed but overall, excellent. Also a great location if you want to be downtown. I would return.
Great hotel. Great location. Don’t even bother with valet. They are horrible and never pick up the line. Expect your car to arrive an hour later. Otherwise we had a great experience with the hotel and amenities. Pool not worth it.
The parking staff here are amazing. They go out of their way to greet each guest with kindness, excellence, and execution. Each guest is treated with importance and each car is treated with the upmost care. Such an amazing team!!
Went to a local event in Dallas for the weekend and this hotel was the perfect escape from life. It was great to unwind in our hotel room after a long day of excitement with room service and a nighttime view of the city.
