This Embassy Suites has been beautifully updated to its original condition. The hotel brought back wonderful memories of family 25 years ago. The staff was very courteous . The breakfast was mediocre. The cooked to order eggs were the best. They can handle a medium crowd but when they have a full crowd, things get messy with trash, spilled food on the buffet, drinks on the floor, etc. This Embassy Suites is located in what I call a pretty sketchy area . The Friday night crowd was questionable. We just stayed in our room and were very comfortable. I would still visit again if needed. The hotel itself deserves some great reviews for the rennovations. They just need to work on the crowds that come in and have more security.

The location of this hotel is very convenient but the convenience comes at the price of excessive road noise. But the main issue is the need to renovate the accommodations. The room I stayed in showed signs of excessive wear and water damage in the bathroom. There were rust stains from the screws securing the access panel in the restroom. Overall the accommodations were not up to what I have come to expect from an Embassy Suites hotel.

I’m a Hilton Silver Status Honors member, so I stay at all types of Hilton properties. I was shocked that this hotel was an Embassy Suites! Usually the flag ship of their mainstream/nicer hotels, by no means their luxury properties.

The hotel was flat! I usually you walk into a crisp, clean and very welcoming environment. Not here. The hotel is doing work/remodeling and so sometimes you just draw that card😢 This time it included painfully slow elevators, dingy and dated rooms and no response from a call to housekeeping about extra blankets and pillows.

I booked an Executive Suite with two queen beds. I felt like I got a garage room and a so-so bedroom. The entry room was large but only had a large table with cheap stackable chairs, a TV and two floor lamps. I would usually expect something with a little more decor or flair especially like a couch/loveseat like regular rooms have. The couch surely would have fit. Notice the ceiling in disrepair, not just patching but bubbling and falling apart.

The bedroom was large and it too could have had a couch to sit on or at least some wing back chairs. There was a small upholstered bench you could sit on but really in a hotel room? That’s for putting on your shoes and putting a bag or something. THIS WAS NOT a RELAXING room! I guess a business barebones🤷‍♀️ Also when having a meeting in your room check first which floors have ice machines as the one on the 2 floor was ❌broken.

The check in staff was very nice and breakfast was as expected. This was a holiday weekend and the hotel was booked, so I felt I had no wiggle room to negotiate for something else. All that was left was the reality review for the next traveler.

Parking... a few spots near the main ground level entry and the rest was a parking garage underground. My 14-year-old daughter was definitely spooked in the parking garage, not well lit and creepy feeling. Especially with the painfully SLOW elevators.

I’d get the big boys at Hilton to get over there and get this done quickly ...it’s an eyesore!

I am a HH member and always book with Hilton brands due to their level of commitment. And one of my preferred brands within Hilton is Embassy Suites.
Up to this Embassy Suite location, I always had high regards for this brand.

I booked this hotel for 2 nights for a personal travel.
I arrived late night. The person on the counter did not greet. Though, she was not rude but she was not professional where ones greet and professional in the conversation. The room I got, as soon as I walked in, I observed the stains on the carpet, bed was missing the bed skirt, the phone was broken where I had to hold the cord going in the hand receiving. The bathroom ceiling had rust stains. As i was tired, I hit the sack. The next morning, in the shower, I observed mildew on the edges.
I asked to switch rooms the same morning and they switched the room. The second room had some of the same issues plus a foul smell due to trash left from previous visitor.
I was moved to another room which appeared to be OK with the exception of a broken toilet seat and slow flush that was fixed while I was out. After spending the whole day out, got back to hotel after midnight for may last night and as I start washing my face, observed mildew in the sink that grossed me out. It was too late so I just went to bed looking forward for leaving the hotel in the morning. I didn't even mention the mildew in the last room at checkout as I thought, like someone would care. Luckily, was not traveling with my wife & kids to expose them to the disgust I experienced.
The rooms appeared to be run down with rust marks, mildew, missing bed skirts, missing emotes, and stains on carpet.
The staff was unprofessional, with the exception of one gentleman. For breakfast, the syrup dispenser had ants enjoying the syrup with the guests.
I felt I was staying at a cheap motel owned by a cheap-stake where this kind of rooms & service is expected for the price you pay but this was a Hilton property.
Called the HH customer service to report the experience and even she sounded unprofessional using words like yeah, what, ok. etc, perks of outsourcing the job to another country.
Hilton is loosing its credibility & prestigious and I think, after sticking with Hilton for so long for my travel needs whenever I travel, it is time to possibly start exploring other Hotel chains who are still holding the standards up.

Rooms are advertised for up to 6 people, & they only had 2 towels per room. They wouldn't give us more and said they didn't have enough. We booked 10 rooms, and in 3 of the rooms, the toilets weren't working. They said they didn't have anyone to look at it. No blankets for the pull out couches or pillows. When we asked, they said they didn't have enough. Instead of the famous Embassy breakfast, it was packaged muffins, fruit and bagels. The only thing that was good was the coffee. And the rooms weren't dirty, just very sparse.

These people are so rude I don’t imagine they get many return costumers! From the front desk people to the bartender wow they’re bad people! It started with checking in! No digital key came through even though I checked in online so I went to the front desk, I told the guy working, he looked me up and said “ no doo that rooms out of service you need to pick a different room” really like I was supposed to know that how? Then there’s 1 one towel in the room but I noticed the paper they gave me said they don’t clean the rooms every day but they do bring clean towels every day. Next day no towels so I messaged the hotel they told me they would bring towels now and put me on the list, they never brought towels, every day for 4 days in a row! I was supposed to stay 8 days but checked out early and changed hotel because of all the bs. The evening 1 hour reception should be canceled that bartender treats you like your not welcome at all! Unbelievable

Room was nice, recently remodeled. Bed excellent. Very spacious and quiet. Staff helpful and friendly. Great location. Parking and rooms very close to 4 different elevators. Underground Garage not so handy for high SUV or trucks, height restriction. Breakfast is a brown bag affair that varies from day to day. Pool and gym are open and pretty nice. However, pool is not heated and the pictures are deceptive. They filled in the Hot Tub with concrete in January, guess that's cheaper than fixing it. That's a shame, we miss the hot tub.

1) Checked in online during the day into a room away from the highway as I guessed that would be too noisy. Arrived after midnight tired from traveling and the room was not ready. Was there with a large group for the presidents cup lacrosse tournament. So the hotel was fully occupied. Was given the only available room which was closer to you guessed it, the highway. 2) Rooms are spacious but dated and need major renovations. 3) worst part, no hot water for 3 nights and was considering to move to another hotel. Management could not do anything to compensate for this major inconvenience. 4) Noise outside and inside from other guests Kept me and my child awake. 5) Hotel is located in an unsafe location. Garage is wide open and leads to elevator which does not require a key. Was part of a large group who felt extremely unsafe. One of guests mentioned a could smell in one of the elevators which resembled homeless person. Some of the other guests from my group moved to another hotel. Wish I did the same as I was told the issue is being or is resolved. Would have some warm water in the morning but at night nothing. My daughter could not shower after her games. This is extremely unacceptable and Hilton should be ashamed to have their name on this hotel.

Embassy Suites typically offer good value for the money, however this one was a tremendous disappointment.

This is a tired hotel in need of restoration, a good cleaning, a working AC system and more staff to handle guest needs.

We were there for a family event. Staff working at the event was abysmal, food was mediocre and the AC in the party room was mysteriously turned off and could not be turned back on.

Overall it was a good stay at this hotel. I always enjoy staying at Embassy Suites because of the complimentary breakfast and evening reception. The fitness area was small but met my needs. The hotel is renovating its suites one floor at a time so there is little disruption as a guest.

Dear ramcasey, We are located at the intersection of highways 75 and 635, approximately 8 miles north of downtown. We do not offer shuttles downtown, however it is an easy drive south on 75, or we can shuttle you to the Dart train which will take you to downtown. Max
