Clean property with really nice amenities, super friendly staff, clean rooms and plenty of convention space for large groups. Close to airport and not far from downtown Dallas. Banquet staff is second to none!
Great Hotel! It has been under construction and renovation, however, the staff has been beyond helpful and hospitable! I would like to recommend this for any business trip that needs to rent a conference room as we did. Theresa Janecek, the event coordinator, was fantastic to work with and always checking to see if we need anything. Highly recommend it, especially for business meetings!
The hotel was in very good condition. It felt like it was renovated less than 1 year ago. The lobby was spacious and had a great bar. The meeting space had an updated look, and the food and beverage presentations were beyond the usual hotel fare I have experienced elsewhere. The hotel rooms have beautiful views of downtown Dallas and also great air conditioning. The LED backlight on the bathroom mirror is fantastic, and the vanity is plenty big to get ready in the morning. I also liked the modern French glamour of the bedroom decor. The Starbucks coffee shop in the lobby made me a great drink too!
The Hilton Dallas Lincoln Center recently hosted my company sales rally and it was flawless! The staff was attentive to all details and they made sure guests were completely taken care of! The food was great but the presentation of the food was extremely unique and different from previous meetings at other hotels. The Chef's personal touch was noticed at all meals and breaks and no details went unnoticed. The hotel staff was always present; from their concierge Max who was overly accommodating, to their General Manager, who could be seen greeting guests in their lobby to picking up any small piece of trash that he might see. Great stay, cool property and their team made it a memorable experience!
This Hilton is very nice as you would expect from the Hilton brand. We stayed on the 20th floor in a premium suite with 1 king bed. The room was nice and clean however the mini refrigerator is small relative to most other mini refrigerators in hotels. The bathroom is also small but the shower was large and clean. The staff is very friendly and the elevators are fast! The pool is very nice and well shaded for Dallas summer heat. I base hotels selections partly on their gym’s as I like to workout even while on the road. This gym has a lot to offer but the layout is long and narrow which is not conducive to handling many people. Also, it serves as an entry point for the pool and the restrooms connected to the pool, so people not working out regularly walk through there to enter the pool or use the pool restroom. I’ve never seen this before and found it distracting and annoying, especially given that the layout is unorthodox for a gym. So I would have given 5 stars of the mini refrigerator were bigger, the bathroom was bigger, and the gym were bigger. I guess everything isn’t always bigger in Texas after all.…
This hotel's handicapped accessible rooms are not good. It was difficult to maneuver a wheel chair in the bathroom. There was no space around the sink to set things on, and there were towel racks. You had to use the grab bars as towel racks, and this, in effect, rendered them unusuable as grab bars.
The refurbished rooms are very nice and the lobby is welcoming. The covered parking garage is nearby and there is easy access to LBJ Fwy and the Dallas North Tollway. Finger food served at the seminar I attended was good.
The Hilton Lincoln Center is clearly a low-level property in the Hilton portfolio of Hotels, and reminds me why to avoid these huge corporate hotels. The parking garage is a nightmare; poorly designed and evidently under "construction", when in fact there are no signs of construction anywhere, except for the fact that entrance gate is a POS which directs you to push a button that does not exist, and thus confuses you from the start (see photo). Then when you enter in, the garage is a labyrinth with parking spaces too small to accommodate even compact cars and angled in a haphazard fashion so that you block other handicapped spaces at almost every level. When I complained to the front desk, this situation was explained away as "oh its under construction". Well, if that is indeed the case, then put up some signage to that effect, or remove the gates altogether until the traffic flow is figured out. I almost ran over a poor woman while trying to figure out how to enter the garage. Regarding the hotel itself, it is massive and feels like a mausoleum, and is clearly for the convention set; which of course is why I happen to be staying here. Otherwise, I'd avoid this particular property like the plague.…
Good: Hotel staff were very accommodative in early check-in. I am a gold member, The food at the restaurant in the lower level was good, The restaurant staff were friendly and accom0dative, Bad: Being a gold member, i was told that my wife and I get $30 for food allowance but the accounting staff without giving me the allowance on all three days of my stay in May, charged the credit card. I had to call them three times before they admitted their mistake and said that they refund the missing amount though the lady was irritated, One would expect respectable brands like Hilton to be very careful and the customers shouldn't have to worry about that, Or maybe I am wrong and Hilton does tend to charge their customers more. I expect Hilton to get back to me,
I attended a wedding reception in May 2022 and this hotel is STUNNING! They recently went through a renovation and added a new ballroom! The staff made all the attendees fell like we were in a 5 Star Hotel! Highly recommend staying here!
