I stayed here while my daughter was at a nearby hospital. My first room, a nonsmoking room, reeked of cigarette smoke. Having just gotten all my belongings situated in the room, I debated whether to ask to move to another room. I ended up switching rooms. The staff was very nice in letting me move to a room just a few doors down from mine. When I arrived at the hotel around 5 p.m. I was hoping to get something to eat at a hotel restaurant/snack bar. I never saw any of their eating facilities open, just the bar. Even the voucher for a free breakfast was worthless as the restaurant didn't open until 7 a.m., and I needed to be at the hospital by 6. The handicapped room was in need of repairs, and neither room had a functioning television in the living room area. I must say I got a great night's sleep as the bedroom area is in the back of the suite, away from the common hallways. The pool area was very nice; you can swim directly from the indoor pool into the outside pool by swimming under some flaps separating the pools.…

The hotel and room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I asked for tips on what to do in Dallas. The bar and the restaurant were great and convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Checked in and welcomed by friendly front desk clerk. They allowed me to get the highest floor. Bed was comfy and overall the room is clean and pleasant. Check out process was quick. Would stay here again.

We stayed from June 9th to June 14th. We paid with debit card, they had to give us back US$ 100 of deposit, but they didn´t. We´ve sent a couple of emails and they never answered us. They told us that they had already returned the money on the credit card but we always tell them that we cancel the room with a debit card, which is impossible to return unless it is done by returning the money in cash or with a bank transfer.

I would like to research to ensure that you stayed at 7800 Alpha Road or 7880 Alpha Road as I'm not finding a reservation under the name Diego Fernando. When any guest check into our hotel we authorize the debit or credit card for the security deposit. It's not a hard charge which mean you will not see the deposit return as a credit. Your bank will simply release the pending hold after 5 to 7 business days. Please let me know if you see the pending hold still on your account so I may assist with getting the pending hold released. Had a 2 night stay this week with a fairly good discount. Front desk clerks were helpful but I had to ask for a luggage cart at check out because none were available at 245 in the afternoon when we checked in and I was told that most people check in and keep them all to themselves. The next morning and not our check in day I only saw 1. On check out I asked and they had one behind the counter and we returned it immediately after we loaded. Plusses 1. Very nice clean smell once you enter the front lobby. 2. Suite we stayed in was very roomy. 3. Loved the roomy bathroom and the pumps of shower gel, conditioner and shampoo attached in the shower. 4. Really nice atrium with large sitting areas to visit. 5. Workout rooms were great and there are 2 of them. One with cardio machines and the other with weight benches. Minuses 1. Breakfast in the downstairs was not good. Food was pretty bad and not worth the $10.95 per person. 2. Lady serving the breakfast was not a happy person. Told us some things at the welcome area which did not come to pass. She seemed really scatterbrained and did not deliver on some of her promises. Had to continually ask for things we had reminded her of. She almost seemed like we were a bother. Places like Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn Express have hot breakfast included in the price of the room and are much more tasty. 3. Next day while we were out and about I asked if the bed could be made and we could have our trash taken out. When we returned the floor had not been vacuumed, the bed was not made and we had towels and trash bags placed on the entertainment center in the living room. Yes I guess the housekeeping staff expected us to change our own trash after the front desk it would be changed. I should not pay for a room and be expected to be the housekeeper. So pay me the rate for picking up the trash you would to housekeeping. 4. Pool had very cold water and the jacuzzi hot tub was not working properly. However the mantainence men let us know that they were working on it and it would take approximately 3 weeks to get it fixed. While it was disappointing at least they were courteous to inform us. 5. Outside at the extended stay next door there were always people yelling and cursing at each other outside. Some of the characters you saw outside seemed very shady and made us feel unsafe. Plus one guy who was not an employee for the hotel offered to carry my bag. Was kind of frightened as I am looking out for the safety of my family. Plus at the extended stay part next door there is an unsightly dumpster overflowing with trash that looks very nasty. The stay was pretty good but again some improvements could be made to make it better. This could be a great place but needs to be a little more inviting and have more of a welcome feel. We may return again on another trip depending on what deals other properties may be offering at the time. …

This hotel was decent at best. The housekeeping on the one day that they came out of 6 was okay for maintenance but these rooms need a deep clean. Stains and substances on the walls, dusty baseboards, etc. Everyone at the front desk seemed nice. We arrived on Friday and no housekeeping came on Saturday. Sunday morning I stopped to see what time we needed to be out or how do we get housekeeping. I was told by 10 or stop by desk and they could add me to the list. Sunday, they came. Thank the Lord. I did the same thing on our way out on Monday, since we had pizza Sunday night and had trash. 5 people (3 adults and 2 kids in 2 room suite with 2 tiny trash cans: 2 queens/let out sofa/and we brought our own queen size air mattress.

Nice room. Spacious. Lots of light, separate duty for desk, relaxing, sleeping, and light cooking. Room needed a deep clean, a trash can for kitchen, more bath towels, had no coffee, and maintenance man fixed nonworking air conditioner. In spite of all this and the pics, slept well in upgraded mattress. Manager on site pleasant as was maintenance personnel. Cleaned room myself, see photo of washrag and oily mark on granite counter in kitchen.

After staying a night at the Sonesta ES Suites across the street, this property was a welcomed sight. Just across the parking from the ES suites was this wonderful property. I enjoyed my week long stay. I have no complaints about the service or the cleanliness. Everything was what you’d expect from a respectable chain hotel. The lobby was clean and pretty. I really loved the glass elevators. The bed was comfortable. I did spot one roach in my room but that was the only occurrence I had with a pest. I was on the 10th floor. Would I stay here again? Definitely.

We stayed in a handicap accessible room on 3rd floor with our pets. They placed us in a room with access near the elevator. There was a $25 a night pet fee charged. The bed was great and we slept soundly. I reallly enjoyed the convience of the microwave oven in the room. We used the pans to cook eggs every morning since the bagged breakfast was mainly bagel and muffins. My son's room did not get this bagged breakfast one morning due to breakfast staff not showing up for work. The front desk was very sorry for this happening but there was no reduction on his prepaid bill to my knowledge. This was a great location for driving to lots of Dallas sightseeing spots if you do not mind the wheel gripping traffic. I would definately go to this hotel again.

We stayed for Snowpacalypse 2021 also known as Valentine's Day. We drove through a snow hellsacpe to get there. Everything was shut down and we were glad the hotel was open. We ordered food at the Bar as directed and the bartender took our order. We did not know until we went to refresh our drinks that the bartender had walked out and the kitchen also closed. One other irksome thing, we left the "Do Not Disturb" sign out because we had spent the night looking for any restaurant that was open. And then a male staff member knocked on the door at 10:30 anyways and hour and a half before checkout. The room was nice and spacious and clean but we won't stay again.
