I'm not sure where I should begin. This was the Worst hotel stay that I have ever experienced. When we arrived the room was not ready; yet, no one had anything to do but stand around and talk. We saw one of the housekeepers more often than I have seen housekeepers in any hotel.

Sorry for the delay in responding, we have been busy traveling. To answer your question, on this occasion hair dryers were available, We would make the suggestion that if they were ever not available then you should inquire at the front desk, who are typically in the United States very good at assisting in such services. Depending upon where you are from, be aware that the customer service person will appreciate a tip, (as is the custom in the US). Enjoy your stay, Dallas is a fabulous town. And by the way, if you get a chance to get to Fort Worth, it is a totally different experience and enjoyable nearby destination .

The front desk phone number is (214) 630-8500. If you are arriving on a late flight, I would call them directly to ask about their shuttle hours as some hotels in the Dallas area do not run 24 hours a day. The times I have stayed at this hotel, a mini refrigerator was made available upon request at no charge. They are, however, limited in number so I would recommend calling ahead and request early as part of my reservation.
