I had not stayed here in several years and returned this week for a convention. It is very solid. I had forgotten how good it is. The service is extremely good. The rooms are slightly dated and could use a rehab, but they are fine. The food also is good. The location is good now with how downtown has developed.

I have stayed here before and really enjoyed my first time at the hotel. The second time-not so much. First, I booked a room with 2 beds and when I checked in they said they didn't have one! I happened to be traveling with my ex so a tad awkward! While the king was the upgraded room, it wasn't what... More

Central Location, spacious rooms, good amenities, great service, the suite was great, internet connection was good (unlike many hotels where it crawls), so very little to fault. OK does need some upgrading in some areas if I was to be picky, but all in all I would highly recommend for the business and leisure traveller alike.

My room was so disappointing: besides being dated; tub filled ankle deep while showering, toilet looked like it might overflow, carpet looked old and dirty, room smelled like funky cleaner, nuts from the mini bar were even stale, sheets were hard & itchy. It took 20 min to check in at 10 pm even though I was the only guest... More

I love this hotel and its relaxed yet polished atmosphere. They always remember me when I check in, and my favorite restaurant in Dallas, Nobu, is at the far end of the lobby. Both the hotel and the restaurant always exceed my expectations. The quality of Nobu's fish is superb, as good as the best in L.A, without the fuss.

We stayed in one of the 2 level suites and it was very nice. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool. The front desk service was good as well as room service. It is also a good location to stay if seeing a game or concert downtown.

My daughter selected the Crescent Club for her wedding venue and reserved a block of rooms for the wedding party and guests. From the time we pulled up for valet parking until we left 4 days later we received nothing but the very best of service. Every request we made was promptly attended to and with urgency, a rare thing... More

Very comfortable hotel, marginally down at heel eg bathroom dated, slow lifts, door staff a bit overwhelming, nice pool and gym with classes. Hotel is part of a complex and opposite a couple of breakfast spots. Can get into town easily on foot or pick up the free wooden cable car just outside.

The hotel was less than a $20 Uber ride from Dallas-Love Airport. Craig, our concierge, was absolutely amazing. He provided excellent service and a solution to every request we had. The hotel had plenty of dining and all participated in Dallas restaurant week. Nobu, which is attached to the hotel had a flavorful menu and a lively happy hour. The... More

I recently stayed at the Crescent for a girls' weekend. While this hotel may not be as new and shiny as some of its uptown luxury hotel peers, it's still a classy spot with a lot going for it. The location is tough to beat, the restaurant selection (and shopping) on site are excellent, and it's walking distance to many... More
