Was disappointed for the price paid. Very expensive for what it is. Have had a far better experience from a 3 star hotel in Dallas for half the price. The rooms we stayed in were very dirty. No water was left. Towel was stained. Felt looked down upon. A bad smell in the hallway. Way overpriced. I really don't think they care. I stayed a total of 6 nights and wish I moved hotels.
The hotel and the staff are definitely amazing. The food is tasty. Excellent location, close to tourist attractions and great restaurants and cafes. For sure It will be always my first option in the city.
They didn't have my check in date correct when arrived and therefore thought I had checked out when I was still there. No room service at all. Room coffee average and room service quality average for price. The area and options around hotel are quality.
When we arrived at the Crescent we were disappointed that the room we had been promised was not available. Instead of trying to make us feel like we had made a mistake of some kind, the front desk and the manager showed great character and integrity by acknowledging what had happened and helping us find a good alternative solution. Each person with which we dealt during our 3 night stay was exceedingly gracious and pleasant, and the hotel is absolutely first-class. The Crescent will be our go-to home away from home in Dallas.
Murad and Ms Wilda were absolutely wonderful. They made sure we were checked in and dinner reservations were made for us. The room was beautiful and loved the en-suite bath . We look forward to staying there on our next visit
I have stayed here in the past and loved it, but it doesn’t seem to be consistent. The last two trips have been really underwhelming. To focus on this particular stay, I once again missed out on the spa. It was already closed and wasn’t available the next morning. I like staying here mainly for spa so it’s really frustrating to miss out (happened at my last stay also and they offered a free massage, sadly I couldn’t even take advantage of that) - the next thing was the pool, we finally had the weather to enjoy some sun and the pool was closed. There was an accident of some kind and they closed it for our entire stay. Soooo bummed! We didn’t get a chance to enjoy a single amenity. Lastly, in the past we’ve stayed on our anniversary and there has been a sweet note and some chocolate covered strawberries in our room. There was nothing this time. Not a huge deal, I understand things happen but it just felt like a regular stay at any other hotel this time around. I do want to point out however, the employees are always amazing. So nice and welcoming, we were just disappointed in the overall experience. We’ll try out some other places in the area next year. …
It was our wedding anniversary and we stayed here for the weekend. They gave us complimentary chocolate covered strawberries and champagne delivered to our room. It was a beautiful view and I still can’t get over how magnificent the bathroom was! We felt spoiled. Would highly recommend staying if you’re looking for somewhere special, it’s worth the price.
Immediately after arrival I received a text from the front desk. The texting service is an excellent idea. I sent a request 3 times via text and each time was assisted as requested. Spa services were excellent, and check in and check out were a breeze.
Many members of wedding party and families stayed here and held the Rehearsal Dinner in the Crescent Club. Entire stay and event was excellent! The big gorgeous lobby bar provides the perfect nightcap space!
Horrible room with rickety spiral staircase. No one could get luggage upstairs to the bedroom. Not enough light in room. Furnishings like Holiday Inn. Hotel refused to provide another room. This is not what one expects from the Crescent Court.
