I stayed here last night and will return. This is a classy place with a lot to like. The location in Uptown is great. Staff was super polite and helpful. Rooms are generally well appointed. The gym is fantastic. Breakfast in the Conservatory was good and the wait staff was very friendly and efficient. Here are a few little things...

I just checked out of this hotel from a Business Trip. There was a group of us, so there was a lot of coordinating and room arranging to do. They are getting ready to do a renovation in MAY so I will not mention the old furniture and rusty carpeting which is getting ready to change. I would like to...

This is a well appointed hotel with many amenities. It is located in the center of downtown within easy walking distance of excellent restaurants and museums. The staff and service was excellent. The room was spacious. We were at a meeting. The buffets provided throughout out stay were delicious!

I have been staying at the hotel for a while. The entire staff is incredible but Laren at the concerige desk keeps us coming back each time. Laren is very professional yet has a smile on her face and always makes you feel like you have come back home.Laren always knows how to direct U.S. For all our needs. Laren...

I booked spa indulgence package (Birthday Celebration) for three. The package included massage, facial, mani-pedi and lunch. The hotel itself is beautiful. The staff are nice and accommodating but the SPA service is lacking at least for me. The massage was relaxing but as far as getting that deep massage tissue that would be a "nope"! They have fairly old...

I just spent two nights while at a conference. The hotel seemed very nice, but slightly dated. Also very expensive, even though we got a group rate for the conference. I wanted to spend an extra night in Dallas, so checked out and into a cheaper but better hotel! Also, front desk staff was unfriendly. Too bad, they are the...

The deluxe room was very nice but looks like time for an upgrade. Small tv, but comfortable king bed. We ate dinner at the club across the courtyard. It was good, quiet, and very tastefully decorated. The service is great, not the best meal we ever had but we were pleased.

Travel to this location for work, it's perfect for its location to downtown. You can walk to a number of restaurants. Rooms are nice though some show their age. Love the lobby and the Nobu restaurant inside.

Great dinner at the Crescent Club. Wonderful food and service. Rodrigo the manager was terrific. Great bar and the decorations were just right. All in all it could not have been a better event. Thanks to all.

This is a regular, business-type hotel where everything seems very bland. What I noticed this time was the absence of things like bottled water in my room, which I was oddly irritated by. The colour-schemes are old-hat and one could stay here a week without even noticing one's surroundings, but without feeling particularly cosseted.
