My husband and I visited the Crescent Court for afternoon tea. Merve (who is from Turkey 😊) attended to us with the utmost kindness and professionalism. The current pandemic has everyone masked up, but you could feel her smile and warmth behind her mask. She even taught us a little Turkish! Teşekkür ederim, Merve. Thank you.😊

We came to Dallas during a difficult time. We usually stay with family but thought it better to stay in a hotel to give us space away. We are so glad we chose the Cresent. It has been our refuge in the storm - a place to recharge our minds and souls. While the hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable and relaxing - it is the staff that has made our stay thus far truly remarkable. Everyone to person has been not only top notch and professional but genuinely warm and caring. I'd like to particularly point out ANTHONY DIGIOVANNI and BRIA at the front desk as two stand-out examples of why we've come to love the Cresent and wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else when we return to Dallas. Thank you to all the staff who've made this difficult time for us so much easier.

Everything was perfect from the time I checked in until check-out. The service, room, food, beverages all fantastic. One of the best staycations I have had in Dallas. I did not use the spa this time, but have in the past - it is full service and amazing.

I checked in Friday at 4PM and was greeted by Jim who works as a concierge - who was extremely warm and personable. The entrance and location of this hotel was stunning and very grandiose. I was put in room 539 that overlooked the front entrance. I was disappointed that though the room had floor to ceiling windows; you were not able to open them or tilt them in the slightest to get some fresh air. I was also upset to find out that their deluxe room didn't have a soaking bath as this is one of my favorite amenities to indulge in. The room itself was just okay, the left side light of the bed lamp had some electrical issue that would cause it to do somewhat of a strobing effect before you would turn it off/on. Very strange. It was also right across from where the housekeeping closet was so very very noisy with them coming in and out and talking. I worked out Saturday morning around 5:10AM and was able to have the whole facility to myself until around 6:30AM. The health center is HUGE, every single machine you could want and the latest technologies - was like a kid in a candy store. Very very clean. I couldn't for the life of me find towels so had to use a paper towel until a worker showed up around 6 and gave them to us (were locked in a closet). I spent the day at the spa on Saturday and will be leaving a separate review on how wonderful of an experience I had. Every single person I met working at the spa was absolutely exceptional. Rosi had the bubbliest personality and being able to speak with her before and after my services was such a treat. Anay went above and beyond when I asked for samples of the products used in my service while still taking proper covid protocols into consideration. Eduardo was one of the most amazing and knowledgable estheticians and I had ever had and I can confidently say Regina was the first masseuse that has every been able to relieve my rheumatoid arthritis the way she did. The only negative feedback I have was that the jacuzzi was out of order the day of my service. So between not having access to a soaking tub and this amenity being unavailable was a real bummer. The last honorable mention I wanted to note was the valet service. I had self parked the first day and went looking for my car after I finished at the gym and asked Ray Mata(r?) which garage was G1. Since it was still dark and very early in the morning he insisted on walking me to my car and we had to go through several floors and both garages before finding it. The whole time he was extremely kind and patient and even backed it out for me since I had parked it in a tight spot. An absolute gentleman and a perfect example of going above and beyond. I travel quite often and typically stay at more high end hotels but I always find what really makes my stay is the staff and their attention to detail, in which I can confidentially say the Crescent has some of the strongest service members I've ever come across.

Beautiful hotel with attentive service. Clean, beautifully decorated and feels new! The staff was so friendly and helpful. My room was by the elevator so there was some noise at night a time or two. I will definitely stay here again when in the area.
