The room and the view were amazing and the room service was excellent and the hotel staff was excellent. The food at the restaurant and the bar I enjoyed it. And the nearby places to visit was great to visit.

Dated, overpriced, small dark rooms, friendly but delayed service. Probably a great hotel in 2001. Called about room temp not working 5 hours later still not repaired. The good: Valet was quick. Front desk was kind but behind the desk is falling apart. Trim is beaten up. Ceiling in one of our two rooms has a leak that was left in repaired. The hotel feels tired needs several million dollars in updates. $42 to valet your car $30 for breakfast A deluxe double room comes with two full size beds. 4.5 star hotel should have queens and kings only. It’s a solid 3 star. I would pick a Fairfield or a courtyard over this.

The positive is the location. I think the $33 a day parking is a bit steep. The $100 a day incidental fee was a surprise and overkill. The room was very basic. The wait staff were polite and nice. The overall value was pricey and I would consider another option if I were going again.

My stay was good but not great. The facilities were a dated and the shower and bathroom facilities were average. Staff were great though. Location was excellent but older building in need of a major refit.

The room was very dirty and I don't think the air filter has been changed in years. My daughter and I both woke up and could not breathe. She does have asthma and she spent the entire weekend wheezing because of the room. I had to take her and get her put on steroids just to stay in the hotel. I said something to the hotel staff and they just said sorry I hope she feels better. They never offered to move us to another room or change the filter. Also, the 3rd night we were there, one of my daughter's teammates mom had an accident at the cheer competition and had to stay in the hospital. I asked the hotel front desk if they could give us another room at a discounted rate for this girl to stay in and they didn't give me any discount. The girls literally stayed in the room from 2am - 8am, 6 hours for $240! I have stayed at your hotel for years and I will never stay there again, nor will I recommend it to anyone I know.…

Super nice folks at the front desk and a delicious room-service breakfast but the whole place is a little long in the tooth and the room could definitely use a little TLC. No coffee maker in the room, a charge for Wifi (really?!), and a slow shower drain that left us ankle-deep in water. The location was great for our visit to the Dallas Art Museum and an event in the opera house but it just wasn't quite as nice as we expected.

We had a lovely stay at the Fairmont in Dallas - the rooms were a little dated, but everything was clean and so spacious. Great room service and housekeeping, though front desk check-in was understaffed and rather slow. Big shoutout to Luis who gave us such a warm and friendly welcome!
