Joyce Oliver and all the staff made our family and friends feel so welcome for my daughters weekend! With 24+ rooms they worked with us through all the details to get our guests to the venue outside of Dallas! They passed out welcome bags and helped in all areas! Thank you Joyce and all the Staff. First Rate!

So glad I went with this hotel. Staff is very nice and hotel is clean. The AC Hotel is next door if you were thinking of either or I'd go with this one. There's a Starbucks at the lobby of the hotel open from 7am to 3pm. The complimentary breakfast was literally a muffin, bottled water and an orange. I guess thats the covid special but it was free so whatever. You are in the middle of downtown 7-Eleven 2 blocks away, Neiman Marcus across the street and countless restaurants all around you. You could even walk to the Farmers Market and to Deep Ellum (the "hip" area of Dallas so they say) if you've been to Wynwood in Miami its pretty much that. In short its a very walkable area but depending on the food you're looking for you need to drive. My 2 cons are that 1. They try to push the hotel parking which is $28 per day when the garage behind the hotel is only $10 per day and if you dont mind walking 4 blocks (no one walks here so you might think thats alot depending) you can park in a lot for $4 from 7am to 6pm and there's free parking on the street of the hotel from 6pm to 7am. Saved me a ton and when I asked about street parking because I refused to pay the hotel's insane parking garage price no one said a thing to me. So glad I scouted things out for myself. 2. The first room I got sent to was visibly dirty and I was sure the room hadn't been clean by any standards. I asked to switch rooms and told them they need to clean this one. They moved me immediately which I appreciated and the next room was spotless. P.S. there are alot of homeless people downtown they are not mean or aggressive but do not leave anything of value in your car just be smart. Overall a 9 out of 10 for my first trip to Dallas.

This is a newly built hotel in 2016 the rooms were very clean and and modern. However due to COVID they no longer do breakfast they just offer an orange, water, and a mass produced muffin (One of the main reasons we picked this hotel). Also the vent in our bathroom didn't work. The pool is also inside and was overly chlorinated so was unusable. Overall a modern and clean hotel though.

The best, very nice staff, clean rooms, beds were amazing, great view of the downtown scenery. I will stay here again. Nice restaurants in Dallas, great shopping malls. Loved being downtown within walking distance of bars.

The front desk failed to tell us about the attached parking garage & how we could have used valet for significantly less than the garage if we were planning on coming in & out. Our sunglasses were stolen by housekeeping- & front desk failed to return our call about it. We had to call them back. Of course no sunglasses were found. Location & pool were great but this really tarnished about experience.
