Nice, quite property in an excellent location. Nothing fancy, but very comfortable. My girlfriend and I stayed at the Inn for three nights. It was great! We were able to either walk or take the trolley to everything that we had planned for the week-end. If you are a cyclist, this would be a great area to explore on a... More

Thanks so much for taking the time to write us a review. It helps for people to hear about our parking challenges in Uptown. You have to carefully watch parking the signs and if you come back remember that we have parking passes for the street that is just one house away. Just ask us for one and you're guaranteed... More

I recently stayed here and absolutely loved it. It is a great chance of pace to the hustle and bustle of Dallas. This quaint inn is a home away from home and has very spacious rooms with very charming decor. The ladies who run the inn couldn't be nicer and provided delicious food and coffee every morning. Located right off... More

I came to Dallas for business for a 2 day visit and spent the night at Bailey's. From the beginning of the process, Angela (one of the inn's proprietor's) was extremely friendly and helpful. They allowed me to do an early check-in and late checkout (pending the room availability) and this really helped me with my meeting schedule. The inn... More

Lovely B & B in a great location with easy access to the trolley. The decor was beautiful and the rooms spotless. Having recently stayed in quite a number of B & B's in Europe I would say that it would be a good idea to expand the breakfast to every morning rather than just the weekends which is what... More

Thanks for taking the time to give us feedback. We've considered breakfast every day and maybe we should make it an option. That's why we like to hear from guests. We found we had no one eating on weekdays so that's why we started serving on weekends only. Glad you enjoyed your time with us and hope you will come... More

We have visited Dallas many times over 40 years, usually staying in a high end hotel; so, our stay at Bailey's was a fun change of pace. The building is about ten years old and purpose built so that the baths are quite modern. The furnishings in our room were carefully chosen and very nice. They have four parking spots... More

Thanks so much for taking time to review us. You gave us the best compliment in our book - we love to hear that people who don't usually like B&Bs enjoyed staying with us. We hope you will come back again and keep us up to date on the great places to eat like Salum. More

I have to agree that this B&B is a nice place to stay in a great location BUT having stayed in B&B's for over 30 years across the US, I have never had the service, that is the lack of service that I found at Bailey's. We arrived at 7pm to find a welcome basket consisting of 2 bottles of... More

I'm so sorry that we missed you and hope that it didn't ruin your getaway. I want to tell you that your feedback is very helpful to let us know where we need to improve. We try to meet every guest, but don't want to be intrusive if you are in your room. We are at the B&B many times... More

My husband & I decided to have a night stop over in Dallas after flying from Perth to Sydney then 15 hours onto Dallas. The next day we flew to Montreal to enjoy a cruise from Montreal to New York. I found Baileys on Trip Advisor and it was a great choice as it is in a quiet & lovely... More

I always come to Bailey's when I'm in Dallas. I used to live in uptown in my younger days and am quite fond of the area. I love Bailey's because it is a block from McKinney and all it has to offer, but feels quiet and a world away. I was in town during OU/Texas this year, and despite being... More

My son and I recently stayed here while in town for a football game. I was greatly impressed. Location is ideal if you like a lot of restaurants and sports bars. My daughter has lived in this neighborhood for a little over a year. I visit her often, but because of a cat allergy, I can't stay at her apartment. I have stayed in several of the upscale hotels in the area. A few months ago she discovered Bailey's Inn. I decided to give it a try and I love it!... More
