Highland Hotel is in a great location for business and touring downtown Dallas, with easy access to highways, restaurants, and the GW Bush Museum (just across the street!) The room that I had was spacious and comfortable, and being up on the top (9th) floor, it was pretty quiet. Great appearance, and not so large as to make you feel...

We stay here every time we visit our daughter in Dallas. Just an exemplary experience every visit. Great location right across the street from good shops. Lovely accommodations and excellent staff. Beautiful lobby and the on site Knife restaurant is amazing. Great bar, and one of the best hamburgers ever! Recommend the restaurant and the hotel highly!

Last week our whole company flew from Los Angeles into Dallas and stayed at The Highland during our several night stay. We had an especially large number of people (17 rooms total,) including many of our family members who had also flown into town. The Highland staff made organizing our trip so convenient, and they treated every member of our...

If you want to enjoy your stay near SMU this hotel is great. The entire staff is wonderful to work with. I love the outside pool with the cabanas in the spring and summer. Give it a try you will not be disappointed.

This was an overall fantastic experience. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with an animal. I have service animal paperwork and the hotel staff didn't even want to see it. All dogs are welcome, no charge! On top of the warm welcome to my four-legged friend, my room was beautiful! I managed to get a corner room and...

This hotel exceeded expectations. It was expensive, but after staying, I did not feel ripped off. The service and amenities were excellent. The 24-hour room service a bonus for late arrivals. The gym was a little small, but had excellent tread mills, enough weights and an eliptical. Headphones provided (though I had my own). It was a little dark, but...

I stayed at the Highland Dallas for a work conference. It was a great experience - the rooms were stylish and the desk was functional for working at night. I ate breakfast room service, and it arrived hot and correctly. The drinks in the bar were good, and our conference food was great.

This boutique hotel strikes just the right balance with the updated decor and amenities my husband seeks, while maintaining a warmth and coziness that I crave. Little things like the fruit water available 24/7 the lobby, delivery of a personal coffee pot since I don't like to have to dress to have that first cup, set it apart. My criticisms...
