What a sad place. There’s nothing retro/funky/fun about it. The room is boring and so tired looking. Truly no sense of the 1940s- any opportunity to make the building’s inaugural date part of the room’s experience is completely missing. And the fact that it’s old doesn’t excuse

Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to write a review and we're sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your stay. The Belmont Hotel was built in 1946 and was designed by Charles Stevens Dilbeck. The hotel is an interesting example of Art Moderne design and is an official historically marked site. Due to the fact, the hotel is indeed made up of historic buildings, this makes the renovation process more in-depth and lengthy. We are currently in the midst of updating all rooms, and while the vintage rooms didn't suit you personally, we do have updated rooms that we'd love for you to experience. We hope you do choose to stay with us again and witness all the wonderful changes being made as we continue to make renovations while preserving the historical aspect of the property. Again, thank you for taking the time to write your review and we hope you have a wonderful week. ~ The Belmont Team

Had a very pleasant 2 night stay in May. This hotel is quaint and simple. Our queen standard room (one bed) was a bit dated but spotlessly clean. The pool area was relaxing with gorgeous views both day and night. This place could (and will) be amazing when garden areas are

The Belmont Hotel is our favorite place to stay in Dallas! We have been staying here for over 10 years. It has a cool, funky vibe that we love. The location is perfect, and the views of the Dallas skyline can’t be beat. We were attending a concert at the nearby Kessler

I have always loved the Belmont Hotel, but it has totally lost its charm. I have stayed here over 20 times previously and always had a delightful experience. I was excited to introduce my Canadian fiancé to The Belmont, but in the end, she was grossed out and frustrated. The

Second time at the Belmont. Wasn’t impressed the first time but we came back when our Bishop Arts Airbnb became too overcrowded with extra family. The location is great if you want to be near Bishop Arts which is a plus. There are a few rooms with a wonderful view of downtown
