I spent three night at this large full-service, comfortable & well-run Marriott. It's provides what you expect from a hotel like this, comfortable rooms, good staff & perfect location. I was on a quiet floor that lived up to its name. The concierge lounge was excellent, the second-best I've used. The food offerings were great, even steak one night. In case you're curious, the best one I've ever used was in Berlin. It was over-the-top with food offerings. I did eat in the bar/restaurant one night and I was appreciative of their late food service hours. It was pricey, but not out of line, for what it offered, especially when considering most of the clients are on the company dime. I think I've stayed here before and I would stay here again in heartbeat if the location works out. One nit I would pick. When I checked into to my room (508) there was some type of red chunk of something on the hallway door. I left it there. It as still there when I checked out. You couldn't miss because it was at eye level. I attached a photo.

While the room was comfortable and quiet, we were left with a sour taste. The hotel changes for wifi ($14.95 per day for basic service). So we joined Bonvoy which took some effort. Never the less, we were still charged for wifi. I complained to the billing office (which one can only do by email) which fixed one charge but then added a second charge for our two nights at the hotel. So for now we have been double charged.

I had a bad experience with a representative at the front desk who was being difficult and making my experience horrible. For some reason they checked me out of my room before my actual check out time, and kept insisting that I should have been checked out even though they were wrong. And refused to let my guest come up the elevator to visit me. Tyra and Nikki quickly turned my situation around and provided amazing service to turn the situation around. Thank you Tyra and Nikki for being so supportive and helpful!

We stayed for a few nights at the Dallas Marriott Downtown while we were in town exploring the city and catching a Dallas Stars hockey game. Check in was a quick process and our room was quite spacious and immaculately clean. The hotel lobby bar staff seemed quite overwhelmed during our entire stay. I believe it could be because they were understaffed so it took a long time to be waited on, and although we didn't have a problem, I can see how someone short on time might. With this being said, the staff were very friendly. This hotel is very central and walkable to many different parts of the city. The hotel is also connected to a foodcourt that we utilized one day. Overall, we had a great stay and will stay here on future trips to Dallas!

One of the best hotels to stay in Downtown Dallas. The service is nothing less than stellar. I do want to recognize Tigi Sa for her wonderful service in my morning routine. Not only does she make the best Iced Caramel Lattes, but she exhibits such as a friendly persona that separates her from most hotel staff. Thank you Tigi for making my stay that much more pleasant. Very clean hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. I stayed after my connection flight got canceled. The room was spacious and elegant. The front desk staff we friendly and helpful in ensuing my stay was as pleasant as possible. The M club was very nice as well.

We had stayed here pre-Covid and really enjoyed the M Club evening and breakfast offerings, so gave it another go on 1/2/24. Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. I called the hotel two days prior and spoke with the front desk, asking about the M Club hours (Titanium member). I was told it would be open at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday for evening appetizers and again Wednesday morning at 6:30 for breakfast. I was also told snacks would be available 24/7. We checked in around 5:00 p.m. and was told the M Club would not be hosting evening and morning offerings due to low occupancy. Instead, they gave us two $10 coupons to use in the bar (where a single appetizer ranges from $16-$25). That was it. We asked about breakfast, and they said breakfast would also be served in the bar/restaurant. The hotel manager was not there, but another hotel administrator (Kay) said she would go ahead and give us two breakfast vouchers. Really? We are Titanium, which grants breakfast for two already. After our two overpriced appetizers that evening (most of which we paid for ourselves), we were still hungry and checked out the M Club for snacks. Barren counters! See the pictures. We met another Elite member there looking for snacks and who was equally disappointed at what he saw was zero Elite member benefit. We also asked about a room upgrade, and were told none were available because we requested two beds. This isn't true, as the last time we stayed we had a huge room with two beds -- very different than the small space we were booked in this week. Hard to imagine these were all booked as we were told the hotel was at less than 30% occupancy. Jason at the front desk recognized the miscommunication and our resulting disappointment and sent a bottle of wine to the room. Still, we would have applied our 20,000 points for the night and $18 parking fee at another Dallas hotel where we have been consistently provided full Titanium benefits, the M Club and/or a meal, room upgrade, etc. Future visits will bring us back to The Adolphus and to the Marriott Uptown -- not to the Dallas Marriott Downtown.

A cozy place with good restaurant In Dallas downtown. The staff also helpfull for us. Its recommended place to stay In Dallas for medium travel time. Hotel rate is medium expensive but you will get comfortable hotel room in the middle of Dallas city. City public transports also near the hotel, so its easy for you to trip arround the city using public transport
