My wife and I wanted to get away but didn’t know what was safe or where we could go with COVID 19 still going on. We did a lot of research and decided to do a staycation at Zaza. There were a few different factors that helped us make that decision. First, we have stayed there before and the cleanliness made it a no brainer that we would feel safe and confident that they would take the necessary precautions to protect us from the Virus. Second, the location and atmosphere of the hotel is prefect for adults being that it’s walking distance from any of Dallas’s best restaurants as well as having a couple options in the hotel itself. The room was fantastic and the service was even better! We felt safe the entire time and already can’t wait to come back.

Booked this hotel because we stayed at a Hotel ZaZa in Houston back in the '90s and loved the experience. Well, the ZaZa experience has gotten even better since then. We arrived early and the front desk was so helpful in allowing us to check-in with ease. The safety procedures at the hotel were excellent and staff super courteous. We booked Bungalow #12 for a special birthday weekend and were blown away with the room and the location (located across street from the main hotel). There was private parking and secure entrance to the courtyard to access the 12 rooms - it reminded us of a New Orleans guest house experience! We also felt like part of the neighborhood with beautiful trees all so close to downtown. The neighborhood was walkable with shops, restaurants and Whole Foods just steps away! We will most certainly be back when things are more comfortable to be in public areas like the museums, shopping and eating and of course, experiencing the cool outdoor pool area with live DJ's on the weekends. Thanks for a great stay and experience - Hotel ZaZa is a must stay when in Dallas.

This particular property should be the model for covid-19 care of operations. They are masked and employees , requireing guests wear masks in common area, social distance in lobby and elevators. They sanitize the check-in kiosk after each transaction with each guest, they installed clear partitions between guest and desk agents, they have curbed their food and beverage to comply with capacity regulations for the city and have proven on multiple occasions that this is not a one-time offer occurrence I have visited multiple times and each time they have it at here to these policies. If there is a CDC certification for hotels Hotel ZaZa I should be awarded it for adhering to the safety of his employees and guests during this time of uncertainty. I support the travel industry. You will not be treated better or get better quality for your travel dollar than at Hotel Zaza currently. There is no other property that offers the unique art, vibe, Comfort or Style then Hotel ZaZa in the city of Dallas. I've checked out the competition, Zaza's the winner.
