The Dallas Hotel Zaza never disappoints! The staff is always incredible and the stay a top notch experience. It is hard to not be in a good mood when at Zaza surrounded by all of the amazing and unique touches. Highly recommend spending a few days at the pool and and enjoying all of the unique specials they offer. You won't regret booking here, it's a Dallas staple!

We just spent three nights at Hotel Zara as a mini break for our anniversary. The best way I can describe the experience is uneven. We chose the hotel as a break from the usual and every review was effusive so I did want to take the time to write out what we liked and what was lacking. The staff at the pool and valet were helpful and more importantly, genuinely friendly and seemed to like their jobs. The front desk check in staff seemed bored and helping us seemed like an imposition on their time. I had noted on our reservation that it was our anniversary and honestly I was embarrassed that I had as the guy at the front desk was rather snarky about it. Turn down service was great (loved the moon pies, ice in the ice bucket, water by the bed) but we didn’t have our room serviced during our stay in spite of specifically requesting it the second day. They advertise a fully stocked bar. The minibar is definitely stocked (and the fridge overstocked) so perhaps that is what they mean. But we took that to mean glasses would be switched out and with no housekeeping, that did not happen (and of course no emptying of wastebaskets, no refill of shampoo/conditioner, etc.) On the other hand, room service was prompt and the trays disappeared without us having to ask or try to maneuver them out the door. Our room (The Metropolitan) was gorgeous (and huge) but the sound proofing was awful. We could hear anyone that was at the elevators (and we assume they could hear us) and people in the room above us and beside us. This was also more of a party hotel than we expected. Lots of birthdays and bachelorettes. Which meant there was noise outside our room most evenings, a welfare check early one morning by staff on the room next to us, the coffee and tea being cleaned out by 8am two days (and if there were the extras on our floor like snacks and Gatorade, they were swept up even earlier), and a pool with nowhere to sit on Saturday (though credit to the pool staff who did a great job of shifting people.) I think this is probably less of an issue other times of the year. We did really enjoy the extra touches like candy at check in, cookies and cold water/lemonade in the afternoons (the chocolate marshmallow ones were amazing), the included driving service which took us to dinner, turndown service, popsicles at the pool, etc. And we probably would have been happier if we had stayed in a bungalow as people we met at the pool raved about how quiet and private they are. The location is also great with tons of restaurants and places near by. And the included valet and drivers service meant we didn’t have to deal with our car all weekend. The site has lots of great packages (after tasting the drinks at the pool, we wished we had chosen the breakfast, cocktail one!) Be sure you join the loyalty program before booking as it gives a nice discount. The key card envelopes say something about an amenity for members. We didn’t receive one but from the spirit of the hotel I assume it is something fun. If you are traveling with friends or kids, the speciality rooms are next to each other (I assume on each floor.)

My husband and I booked one of the concept suites to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We were not disappointed. The overall vibe of the hotel and the lobby is super comfortable and decorated beautifully. We felt very welcomed from the moment we arrived starting with the valet staff. The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful. I had some questions about my suite and the special package I had booked. The staff was amazing and went beyond to accommodate my husband and me. The restaurant on site is really nice with a great menu. Food comes super hot on hot plates. We enjoyed our anniversary dinner at the Dragonfly. Upon leaving the front desk once again made sure our stay was amazing. We enjoyed our stay so much that I inquired with Carolina from the front desk about a possible future stay in one of the beautifully themed rooms. She gladly took us to see the room and was very helpful in answering all the questions we had for a possible booking. She did such a great job that my husband and booked another stay right there before we left to return home. Can't wait to come back. ❤️

I have traveled now for decades both in the US and abroad and can’t remember a better hotel experience. Was in town for the farmers market and to relax before a jury trial on Monday. From my first interaction with the valet to the same excellent valet service at departure service was among the best I’ve seen anywhere. The valet the house keeping the check-in reservation desk the linen service with bottled water and moon pies it was all the best across the board. The quality of the product and the people who give it life were absolutely amazing They recommended thoughtfully severs places to eat. When I chose the one a few blocks away they suggested the valet bring me in the hotel car because of the 104 degree heat so curbside drop off and pick up at the restaurant with next to no waiting and happy friendly service at every contact I had. The peanut butter pouches with the granola bars at the coffee bar at 6 am the amazing bed, sheets and pillows, the art the hotel generally and the room decoration it was all just perfect. Could not have been better.

Everyone that works there seems to genuinely enjoy their job. They are constantly asking you how your stay is going and if they can do anything for you with a smile on their face. The property is very clean and the bar has a great selection of limited edition whiskies and scotches. The pool was my favorite part of the stay. 10/10 will go again.

Things happen for a reason. I was traveling for business in preparation of opening a new office. Landed late but had no issues checking in at midnight. Staff was friendly, attentive and a lot of FREE wine and spirits drink promotions. I was barely in the room except to sleep, but it was nice to work directly across the street. Breakfast was surprisingly good, the potatoes (homefries) were AMAZING. Complimentary coffee and tea was PERFECT but only after I found out on my own (don’t order in house coffee, complimentary at self serve. (Which was conveniently by elevator and freshness/choice was excellent) Pool was great size. Adjusted travel by a day and was able to have a day of relaxation by the pool. I did not want to leave. Jaz is A+ and exceeded my expectations when my travel was interrupted by weather conditions. She is such a sweetheart. Michael was a pleasure to accommodate as well. Highly Recommend.
