Loved this hotel! Came down from Wichita with my daughter to meet my best friend in Dallas which was the halfway point between she and I. We booked this hotel through hotwire so we got a considerably good deal. The valet were amazing, they would run to the door to open it anytime someone was approaching and it never took more than 2-3 minutes to get our vehicle. They also were unphased when we had them retrieve one car about 5 times in one day. The pool was my favorite part, we spent most of the weekend there. The two drawbacks of the stay were the music at the pool was too quiet (which we remedied with a speaker of our own) and the food/drink at the pool were limited and expensive - we spent about $400. The room was nothing exciting but it was large, clean, and had everything we needed. No complaints there! Will likely return to this hotel next summer. Due to COVID-19, the pool capacity was limited so as long as restrictions are still in place, definitely show up early.

Hotel's Favorite
We stayed here 3 nights on the 23rd floor. Amazing view of downtown. Because of Covid, they were working a skeleton crew and one of the restaurants was closed. So call before you assume. The pool was open and nice. The steakhouse was very good. The cuts of meat were awesome and the carrot cake was great! Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel!

Excellent stay, great customer service. This was my first time in Dallas, it was a great choice for hotel accommodations. The moment we check in and check out it was incredible. I will definitely cost again.

My husband booked this hotel as a special treat for our anniversary. Now he did book by phone (didn't search for deals online, so he was really overcharged). He told them his wife was particularly fond of the Dallas skyline, he wanted something really special. They told him they would give him a room on the 23rd floor overlooking the skyline. When we got there we were put in a tiny room on the 18th floor with a very lackluster view. We went back to the desk and complained so they did change us to the 20th floor, little bit better view but the room was unimpressive, especially for $291 a night!!! Small, blah, we've stayed in more luxurious rooms in Best Westerns. Drury's have nicer rooms, even Holiday in Express. For $291 this room was truly disappointing. And to add insult to injury they charge $22 for parking! The pool area does not have a skyline view as mentioned in the description above. But it is a nice pool and well heated.

I had several professional meetings around the hotel, so I chose this hotel for my short stay, the welcome was perfect and they accepted that I make some of my meetings at the hotel, it was very practical, beautiful room on a high floor offering a very nice view, excellent bedding, good internet connection and quick check in / out
