When we arrived at this hotel, we chose to park in the parking garage rather than going to the valet. When we approached the hotel doors with our multiple bags, the young man at the valet looked up at us from his phone then continued to look at his phone and ignored us. I’m sure if we had asked him a question he would have helped, but many hotels I go to, the valet rushes to open the door for you. That didn’t happen. I thought this might be a one off, but no, it happened every single time we approached the front door during our stay. They’d look up at us, then ignore us as we walked in. Likewise. The woman at the front desk was kind, however, she didn’t provide any helpful information. I left the front desk searching for the elevator because she didn’t tell me where it was. I was confused when I got in the elevator and didn’t see the floor number my room was on, and spent about 10 minutes trying different floors to see if the numbering was different. Finally, I had to ask another guest in the elevator why my floor wasn’t there and he told me there were two sets of elevators. That would have been nice to know upon check in. The rooms were okay, but the housekeeping clearly doesn’t pay attention to detail. We had multiple spots in our room where there were smudge marks from dirty hands that could have easily been wiped up. Overall, for a nice hotel, I was disappointed with the customer service on all fronts.

For Starters , Steven at the desk was amazing. With my status he was able to give me an Upgrade and all of my free coupons for my coffee, drink at bar and morning coffee vouchers. The entire staff here are very caring and ask often if there's anything they can do for you. Central location. Plenty of food, stores and anything you may need. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Hot water system inadequate. Had to wait for hot water. Circulating pump must be undersized or failing. Have to use keycard to keep lights, fridge, and a/c turned on. WTH? They use the lure of free wifi to force you to signup for their email list. I preemptively opted out of marketing emails and was promptly spammed via email.

Stayed here for a couple of nights and no issues at all. It’s a nice clean and busy hotel with seemingly large events taking place which after 2 years of quiet it’s nice to see some hustle and bustle back. Rooms were clean with great beds, Nice couple of bars / restaurants within the property and would certainly return.

We arrived after a long flight from the UK and stayed for 2 nights. Although being jetlagged we found the welcome good - the room had almost everything we needed. The only thing, and it's minute, is there was only a small shampoo for 2 people and no shower gel - but a shower bar. Still a 5* review though as it's a really good hotel. Wifi is chargeable but we joined their select club which hopefully will remove the fee.

Horrible experience. Internet didn’t work for any of our 5 devices. The TV connects to the internet. So no TV or streaming all weekend. Front desk sent us to a constantly ringing phone for help. For $230+/night it’s pathetic. Seriously, look elsewhere if you want a painless experience. Staff is helpless. Internet is a basic and standard offering for any hotel regardless of the star rating.

I went to Dallas to watch the Texas High School Football state championship games. The hotel is in a great location, near the freeway and walking distance to plenty of places to eat. Inside the hotel there are a couple bars depending on what you are looking for. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The view of the city is awesome.

Stayed mid-week and couldn’t have been more satisfied. All employees encountered were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, nicely appointed and had a great view of downtown. Breakfast at Texas Spice was really good! Morsel’s is a great for a quick beverage & bite.

We were really looking forward to this staycation, away from the kids and wanting to unwind. Well if that is what you are looking for do not come to this hotel! To start off valet is completely unorganized. We valeted our car and were told to text/call number on tag they gave us to request car if we will be leaving. Well, we did just that and the system could not find our car, we had to call front desk which then they transferred us to valet guess what THEY COULDN'T find our car, after remaining on hold for a few minutes they finally found it and it was never moved from where we dropped it off! So we head out for dinner again wanting to unwind, the moment we open our hotel door we see 2 bellboys passing through and one was complaining saying he needed to be respected amongst other things, the other was trying to calm him down but he seemed pretty upset. We then get to elevators and BAM only 2 elevators are working, it took about 5-10 minutes for elevator to finally make it to our floor and it was FULL, we literally had to cram as many people as possible if not we would never get out of there, so here we are in a 400 buck night room crammed in an elevator with about 15-20 people and when we get to lobby there is a long line of people waiting for the freaking elevator! The next morning when we are ready to check out we once again text/call the number given to us to request car and GUESS WHAT car was not in system again, so we once again had to call described vehicle, give name and room #. The ONLY good thing was the view, can't believe we paid over 400.00 just for the view... Never staying here again.

We did lose two of our elevators over the weekend and we were unable to repair them in a timely manner due which did affect your experience as well as our other guests who were staying in the hotel. We have since repaired the elevators and have taken additional measures to ensure that if this same issue occurs in the future we have the appropriate needs on hand to remedy the issue in a more timely manner. In regards to your valet experience, once again our sincerest apologies for the delay in the retrieval and lack of knowing the location of your vehicle.
