This is a great hotel in a very good location. Parking was $15 a day but we used the Sky Bridge from garage to hotel. Beautiful lobby. The staff is very friendly and professional. The room was very clean and nice. The bathroom is spacious and well stocked with soaps and essentials. The bed was very comfortable. There is no coffee pot in the room. Restaurant in hotel but did not use. Great location and can walk to very nice restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again.

I loved the building and the way they captured the beauty with the interior decorating. I found it strange that it had a 13th floor, but I must say that it’s a Sure way to be brought up in topic of conversation. Making it for me a place that I had to visit and to experience staying on the 13th floor.

I saw 2 different prices for valet parking on the same website. ($26 and $31). This was just a week before I arrived. Then, upon arrival, the sign said $35. I showed the parking attendant the screenshots but she still charged $35/nignt. When I got to the front desk, I showed the lady who checked me in. She was indifferent about it and made no attempt to apologize or make any concessions. I was very disappointed they didn't offer any options when I clearly had proof of their false representation.

We traveled with a group of about 20 to see the NHL Winter Classic in Dallas. From check-in to check-out, we received excellent service. Our room was clean and modern. I'd request a room on a top floor if you want a view. Most of the rooms will face a building or street, but this is common for downtown hotels. The building itself is a renovated historic building with lots of character. The restaurant is quite small and is really just an extension of the bar. The bar is fantastic and they specialize in craft cocktails. Great friendly service. Overall the hotel is within walking distance to many sites (art gallery, JFK Memorials, aquarium) as well as a train stop and lots of restaurants. I'd recommend this hotel to someone in town for a few days but doesn't want to rent a car.

Thank you for the recommendation! The hotel is perfect for getting to and from lots of attractions downtown. Chef Nathan Enders does specialize in craft cocktails, especially for the whiskey lovers out there! Zach
