The spa, car drivers, bars, and restaurant staff/servers were amazing as was the decor and ambiance overall... It was a well-appointed, deluxe king on a high floor with mini bar and walk in shower...

They gave us a suite but i normally get suites and the suite they gave us was the smallest I’ve been in (in the Adolphus)... Giving us a better room might have made it better but whatever... We were attending the anniversary gala in the French room later and so we were still hopeful... We come here a lot (6-8) times a year (more when the French room serves dinner...

We have stayed at expensive top hotels all over the world, unfortunately this wasn't one of them... We were given breakfast vouchers but we could only have the expensive breakfast... That night we had to ask for water and clean towels... Something you do not expect when on top of a top dollar price you are charged an amenity fee!!!... The attention to detail is poor and I cannot recommend this hotel...

They tell you it’s because of Covid but other Marriott lounges are open so I think they are just too cheap to open it... The only thing that’s luxury is the history and the prices at this hotel... The location is great but there are cheaper hotels in the area or luxury hotels...

The pool was closed when we attempted to use it We were also told the Marriott lounge was closed but received $10 credit or points as a bonus and got breakfast at the bistro.. We went to the pool area for the winter scene they are charging $10 admission to... Thank goodness we had not paid for the $250 hut!...

Added value, we received vouchers for a completely free breakfast for three people each and every day of our stay which saved us quite a bit of money… considering we spent a lot more elsewhere on our trip, lol!... The breakfast is not a continental breakfast; you can order anything off the full menu, gratuity included… Which is a nice surprise given that many hotels’ “free breakfast” is basically cereal and bagels...

This was a great stay beginning to end!... He was always hustling to be sure we didn't ever have to open a door or carry bags... Glenn at the City Hall restaurant gave phenomenal service... He gets and treated us like friends our 2nd morning at breakfast... I wish I could bottle him up and give everyone in the restaurant industry a lesson on how to make customers feel valued... Glen the head of security went out of his way to ensure we were able to get to our meeting a few miles away even though it wasn't his job... I believe he went above and beyond to be sure we had a pleasant experience between all of our meetings... I'm grateful for the staff that took my comfort as a priority!...

...My boss checked in to stay two nights, but with inclement weather approaching, we needed to extend his stay for another night. I called and booked another night with the hotel and they assured me my boss could stay in the same room... He quickly spoke to the front desk who looked into the issue and said something to the effect of - seems to be a miscommunication between the reservation and the housekeeping staff... The Director of Guest Services contacted my boss about providing an itemized list of what was lost and he would be promptly reimbursed... I have been emailing the Director multiple times (and called) and still haven't heard back... not professional at all, and this hotel should be ashamed of themselves!...

My family and I went to breakfast at the City Hall Bistro located inside of the hotel... We were eating with my 16 month old nephew, and the servers were very mindful of us dining there... We also had breakfast vouchers that covered our meal... The waitresses Andrea and Yahaira went above and beyond to make our dining experience pleasant...

Highly recommend the City Hall Bistro in the ADOLPHUS hotel... Order the lavender almonds, you regret it!... The halibut was mouth watering, as well as dessert, olive oil cake...

One evening I was looking for my room key in order to get the elevator to take me to my floor and a staff person stepped in real quick and unlocked the elevator for me - so considerate... All in all a great experience and stay at the hotel...
