This feels like a hidden gem. If you are looking for bright lights and flash, this isn't the place. If you are looking for very nice accommodations in a serene neighborhood setting with any type of shopping or eating within 5 to 10 minutes, you can't beat the Cooper Hotel. The buildings and rooms are older but well maintained and kept updated. The beds are some of the most comfortable I have ever slept on. My wife went to the yoga class and was extremely impressed with the instructor and program. You essentially have full access to entire Cooper Health program with your room reservation, what a bonus! Walking the 1 mile outdoor walking trail through the trees and ponds is so relaxing. The only unfavorable comment I would have is a slight (my wife couldn't smell it) scent of mustiness/mildew when you first entered the room. Covid has affected the continental breakfast availability, but for the great rate you get booking through Travelocity, drive down the street 2 minutes and have a fantastic breakfast at the Maple Leaf Diner, some of the lightest, fluffiest (and largest) pancakes I have ever had. We plan on returning soon just to stay and unplug.

Website says this is an 'oasis', and it's true! As you drive onto the large Cooper Hotel Conference Center & Spa (CHCC&S) campus, the traffic and hubbub of the DFW metroplex disappear! However, it was easy access for us to go all the different directions we needed to (including only 20 minutes to DFW!).
From booking to departure, all guests in our group experienced excellent customer/guest service and appreciated the peaceful, comfortable, spacious accomodations at Cooper Hotel Conference Center & Spa (CHCC&S). We booked directly (due to varying arrival and departure dates and rooms needed for guests in our group) and experienced patient, friendly service with good suggestions for rooms best suited to our needs. The price was equivalent to booking online with CHCC&S and better than other travel apps we currently utilize. The front reception team members (especially Tyler) were friendly and also patient regarding the scope of activities and services available to us while we were guests. The rooms (2 king suites, 1king room, and 1double room w/disability access) are spacious, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. We enjoyed complimentary hotel guest access @ the Fitness Center for workouts and classes. All Fitness Center team members were friendly (especially Kameron & Scotty - Fitness Reception & Instructors and Frances - helpful w/spa purchases). Enjoyed meeting Jill Turner, president of Cooper Complete, as she shared samples and info from the Cooper Nutritional Line.
Just book here, you'll be glad you did and sad if you can't stay long enough to enjoy it!

The setting could not be more perfect. The grounds exude a quiet peacefulness under a canopy of Oak trees. The room was spotless and lighting was great with only floor and table lamps in the sleeping area. Staff was friendly and helpful. I will be back!

We always stay at Cooper when we come to Dallas to visit my son. It’s a beautiful property, wonderful amenities and the rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. The gym/spa and grounds are top notch. Even during the pandemic they were extremely meticulous and felt very comfortable staying there. If you are looking for a pretty property with great amenities you would enjoy the Cooper.

The hotel is convenient, updated and comfortable. Located next door to the Cooper Clinic and surrounded by the beautiful grounds it is the perfect place to stay in North Dallas if you want t a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of Dallas, yet close enough to enjoy shopping and dining. The King suite we stayed in was perfect. The food at the Cedars Woodfire Grill was very good as well. We look forward to staying there again.

We could he guest next door talking as clearly as if they had been in our room. We were un room 131. If you get assigned that room request a transfer or make sure neighboring rooms are empty. Other than that room was nice.

Booked online via Expedia and the date defaulted to a future date. When we checked in after a 4 hr drive the desk clerk explained that the rate was $60 per night higher because of the different date. There was no effort to adjust the rate and we had a funeral to attend so went ahead and stayed. I asked the desk clerk about the issue at checkout and still no effort to be accomodating. Probably won’t stay again.

Team was excellent from check-in to check-out. The friendly staff allowed my to keep my room the following day until after i could take a shower after completing my executive physical at the Cooper clinic is just one example of the staff at the Conference Center and Spa going the extra mile - all for the customer. I had stayed here on business in 2018 and was resolved to come back with my family. My wife really enjoyed our morning walks around the hotel and the feeling of calmness that surrounds it. The staff is very friendly which is very helpful and adds to the soothing atmosphere.

I won an overnight stay in a suite through my employer. This was the first time I had ever stayed at Cooper Hotel. I was blown away by the spaciousness of the suite, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating of any requests that I had. The bed was extremely comfortable! I would definitely stay again!

Good morning, well they are not small - I would say standard size - note they are not oversized just standard bath tubs with a shower head too.
Yes. Cedars Woodfire Grill, located inside Cooper Fitness Center, is now open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. for dine-in and to-go options.
Cooper Fitness Center is open Monday through Saturday from 6 a.m. until 8 p.m. and Sundays from 11 a.m. until 7 p.m.
Our fitness center closes at 930 on weekdays, 830 on Saturday and 7 pm on Sunday.

Our complimentary breakfast begins at 6:30AM to 10:00AM Daily.
