We had an amazing stay at the Joule Hotel. It’s a great hotel with a beautiful artwork, and friendly staff, great location and very cool bar. It was so clean. We received an upgrade when there was something wrong with our room. We will definitely come back.

My recent stay at the Joule met every need I had while in Dallas. I would be remiss if I didn’t particularly mention the valets, especially Bryce, who assisted me to appointments in the city. It was exceptionally easy and stress free for me. Thank you all for your care and attention.

While the hotel is a little dated, the rooms are nicely appointed. Great bath products and superb bed linens. The hotel is conveniently located downtown to many attractions/dining. The house car was a plus - I used it! But the best thing about this hotel is the service. It is the best service I've received at a hotel in many, many years. I would return for that every time.

Room Tip: Look for the "deals". I found a deal on their website where the third night was free.

Not what I expected. Local client contact raved about this hotel but unfortunately I was expecting a Four Seasons and got a W Hotel. Clientele very young, Vegas type lobby (lots of dark wood with gold artwork). Not the best lobby for business travelers like myself as there was absolutely no outlets to plug into as I waited for my room to be available. Lobby bathroom was in one word disgusting - for such a high caliber hotel, you’d think they would have it regularly cleaned with the high foot traffic. Front desk person was young and nice but offered no bottle water and I had to ask her a series of questions of where the bathroom is located, is there any coffee shops or restaurants within the hotel so I can work as I wait for my room. This hotel definitely does not cater to the business crowd - it’s more for the weekend wedding, prom type. For $650 a night, one would expect more customer service (in the least train your front desk people to give a first time visitor the lay of the land). I’m here for the next two nights, so hoping they redeem themselves but if they can’t even keep the lobby bathrooms clean, I’m going to have to lower my expectations once my room is ready.

Joule Hotel is a beautiful building. Don't expect any services. I was greeted by someone offering me a cart to push my own luggage. The front desk person, jean paul, sent a lady employee to "supervise me" while I changed at the lobby bathroom since my room wasn't ready for early check in. Housekeeping never showed up in spite of my "service" light being on all day. The noice level of my suite (951) was concert like bc of poor insolation. If any other option in Dallas (I came for a conference at the convention center), safe yourself the headache. Im used to 5 stars, other than a beautiful building this place is not even. 3 stars.

I was appalled truly. I was surprising my fiancee with a trip to Texas for her birthday and wanted a luxurious experience for her. Instead our bedsheets had holes in them the entire time, the cleaning staff ate one of the chocolate covered strawberries from the concierge, and when trying to accommodate a simple plant based diet we were met with annoyance. I left a comment at the front after our stay and never heard anything back. Do not stay here unless staff is improved through and through.

We planned to stay here for a weekend in April for a concert at the Dallas Cowboys stadium. However, the concert was cancelled and rescheduled for 2024.. completely out of our control. Since we were traveling from California, the airline had no problem giving us a credit for a future flight since the circumstances were out of our control. The Joule has refused to give us a refund on our 2-night stay or EVEN a credit towards a future stay. DO NOT stay at this hotel. They have terrible customer service.
