Stayed here for one night while we were in town. Reserved a king premiere room with a pool view and it looked like a run down apartment with the exception of the nice bed and shower. No tv in the living area, couldn’t get half of the ceiling lights to work, one broken chair and door didn’t even lock... definitely not worth the money.

Our room was unsatisfactory. I was told there was a balcony and instead we were giving a room with a very dark living room covered in stains and without a tv. The bed didnt even have a fitted sheet or duvet cover. There was hair in the wall of the shower. I was also never told the valet parking was $30 when i asked where i could park. No complimentary coffee!?!? Ill never stay here again. Your a bunch of crooks. Wouldn’t be surprised Colin Robinson owned this hotel.

This is a great hotel, especially if you will be on the SMU campus. The hotel is right across the street. Great service. Easy check-in and check-out. Wifi worked instantly and all staff was friendly and cooperative. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Very comfortable accommodations and very friendly staff. The small gym had good equipment, in particular I enjoyed the Peloton bike that helped me maintain my streak of workouts. The outdoor pool was very nice but we did not use it due to the weather. Parking was only valet service, but in/out was never a problem.

I stayed on the third floor for 2 nights . On the 2nd night , there was a prom pool party one floor above . The noise was so loud and the bass was so intense , I could not stay in my room until it was over . Poor decision on the hotel’s part .
