I only had one issue that became a kind of small bad taste. I checked in, everything nice and easy but the person helping me said to another coworker "There are no towels in the room". Then she said to me "we will get you some towels ASAP". I though, no problem, I will do some wondering around the city by the time I am back they will take care of that. 9:45 pm. I get back, I checked no towels. -What is wrong with this Hotel-. I went to talk with the a new person in the front desk. Me: 'Hi, I'm in room 3**, I spoke with *** in the afternoon and she said there will be some towels in my room'. Front desk person: "ohh yes, we currently have a problem with the towels, I have one, do you want to go back to your room an check if you have a towel? (what?) Me: 'I checked, that is why I'm here'. Front desk person: "Do you want to take the only towel that I have?" Me: 'yes, please ' , I wanted to say no genius, do you want me to go and purchase one from Target or Walmart? Front desk person: "Here you go, we have not received towels since one week" Me; I wanted to say , have you considered send someone to a store to buy some towels in order to provide the proper service to your guest?

We stayed here while we were moving to our new home. It needs a lot of cleaning and updating. Our sofa was torn and badly stained. I wouldn’t sit on it without a sheet. There were odd stains on the inside of the bathroom door. Carpet badly needed to be cleaned. The bed was clean!!! The pool area is so rusted it looks really bad! Breakfast was a joke. Granola bars and yogurt. Not even enough to feed the guests. Pandemic or not they could plan better for breakfast. There is a Kroger around the corner. Go buy food! It is included in our hotel price so provide the service. The sad thing is the staff tried to make things better but the owner doesn’t care about the property. It’s quite obvious.

1st night we arrived the halls were filled with pot as if we were all on board with hot boxing. The next day the halls were filled with cigarette smoke! The top covers were filthy and the carpets were sticky. The bedding was disgusting and the carpets sticky. The furniture is broken, drawers open at random. Stayed here with a sports team, not our choice. Marriot has always been trusted by our family, but this is appalling! This would be disturbing on a normal basis, but during a pandemic, it’s disturbing on a whole new level.

Old building and can use some renovation. The neighborhood looks shady. My biggest issue with the hotel was the noise from the freeway and old AC. Cable was good and grab & go breakfast as well. Best thing about this stay was the price.

Disgusting. From the moment we drove into the parking lot I knew it was going to be an issue. Grounds unkept and grass needed cutting. Check in was fine but lobby was dirty. Got to room and seemed ok but was dated and desperately needed updating. Pulled back sheets and had spots of blood on sheets. Tried to call front desk but phone didn’t work. Went to front and was given a new room. Walked in room and there was a half eaten pizza in the room. Lots of filth and several more blood spots. I took pics of room #2. I informed the staff at the front desk and she asked for me to email the General Manager. I did right there and sent pictures. She printed them off and taped to managers door. I told her and in the email said I would like a call back. It’s been 4 days and I’ve still not heard anything. Decided that was all I needed to see. Even for $50/night not worth it. Left for nearby hotel 5 miles away. Do yourself a favor and stay away!!
