This place is very clean. The day/evening staff is great, but at night, be sure to remember your key and wear a (gas) mask. You may get locked out then upon entry through the lobby, sprayed with Lysol by the night clerk. BUT TAKE MY ADVICE, be very nice to her or you will have the largest loudest family in the room next to or upstairs. Besides that, spacious clean room and comfortable beds
This is the only hotel I book when I come into town! It's so nice, clean and safe. Front desk staff are always so welcoming and helpful. They also provide you with a mask and that everyone has their mask during this pandemic.
Wish I could stayed longer and room was a little bigger, a not very fancy recliner would have been awesome and maybe some alternatives for the pandemic style breakfast but overall it was a very good choice and would not hesitate to choose this hotel again.
The night front desk was extremely rude about masks. My husband tried to go in to check in to the hotel and the man wouldn't even unlock the doors until he had a mask on. He had a mask in his hand to put on once he walked in. Once my husband put a mask on to approach the front desk, the front desk attendant had the nerve to tell my husband he was wearing his mask incorrectly and not pulled up over his nose enough. Well, my husband cannot do that for medical reasons. I didn't know we had entered a hotel that not only won't let you even walk inside but also tells you the proper way to wear a mask. Absolutely ridiculous. The front desk attendant also threatened to terminate our reservation. Power trip if I've ever seen one. If you LOVE hotels that mandate mask wearing to an absolute ABSURD level and do NOT care about HIPAA laws than this is the place for you. If you love COMMON SENSE, go somewhere else.…
We like Hampton Inn for its comfortable beds and nice facilities. In the middle of the night we were woken up by a large disturbance in the hallway and loud shouting. No attention was given to this by the hotel staff. I'm not sure that we would book here again.
