This place is trashy. The manager who lives in the back corner even refers to the place as trashy. He’s rude, unprofessional and talks ugly to visitors. And his campsite- lord have mercy. Gross. The park isn’t maintained- don’t let the front fool you. It’s gross. They give you 1000000 rules, but as you look around it’s quite obvious who they want to follow the rules and who can do whatever they want. Don’t waste your time or money there.

This place has gone from well below average to worse!! MUCH worse!! - Folks - this is just a big concrete and gravel parking lot for RV's - yes there is a dog park - at least a 100 yard walk from anyone parked for the night - sounds of cars and trucks on the highway all night long. The club house is in bad shape - holes in the floor - yes HOLES in the floor that if you step on by accident, you would go down thru to who knows what!!! What has happened to this place?? no where near the quality and staffing from just one year ago - no where near it. Abandoned trailers or full time (out of town) trailers parked right up near the main building - clearly not occupied anytime recently. So glad they get the close in spaces. Is there even any wifi? I think someone said there was but it is completely non-performing - forget using it - stick to the extra charges on your hotspot. I will NOT be coming back here - not in the near future or ever unless anyone convinces me that everything is back to at least an average quality. Seriously?? This is what we spend $35 per nite for? Not worth it folks.

We are in a RV Good Sams club and we like to reserve their clubhouse when we go to gather for meals & games. Their RV sites are in good shape. Cotton Patch takes reservations and is very good. They have a good outlet mall there for good deals.

This park has a nice set up with a lot of pull through spots. The wifi here is excellent. The bathrooms were useable. The park is very close to Walmart. If you stay here go eat at Roys and the Cotton Patch.

This is a nice spot, the sites are large, the internet works well. We have stayed here twice and the staff were very friendly. The park is close to Walmart and Walmart gas station. This is a good park for a stopover. This is a Good Sam park.

Please see review by Laura. We were members of the same group, and we will not be holding another rally at this RV park again. There were continuous problems mostly with management for the duration. When caterers are told your group is not at the park, and you have signed a contract and your group is in the designated area....that is pretty bad. Dot

We attended a rally at this park and had issues from beginning to end. The staff running the park were awful. They gave no help getting everyone parked, had no clue how to reserve spaces for people, were downright nasty to a few of our members and turned our caterers away one evening telling them there was no group staying in the park. Think twice before staying here.

This is a nice, basic RV park with the essentials covered. It's also close to a Walmart, even possibly walking distance, if you need something. Not a lot of beauty maybe, but certainly fills the bill for a stop in the area. There are many restaurants nearby, too.

Made 3 night reservation about 3 weeks in advance. When we got there, they couldn't find it. Luckily, I had made notes and showed the manager who I had talked to (him), what I was told and that I paid one night in advance. The manager remembered the conversation and put us in a nice spot. We decided to leave a day early and when I went in to check out, the manager said he showed us leaving that day. (He had only booked us for 2 nights, even though the notes I showed him and his calendar showed I had asked for 3 nights.). This worked out for me, though, since we were leaving a day early. But the inefficiency is a major concern.

Will not be coming back here. Even with advance reservations no consideration is given for length of rig or amp requirements. The lady in the office is too busy caring for her child than working the desk. We were offered 30 amp when we reserved 50. To be near the rest of our club we were given a spot in the overflow area. There we hung over the roads front and rear at an angle so steep our jacks couldn't level us out. These people don't seem to know 50 from 30 requirements, length requirements nor do they attempt to park you or offer assistance. It's,oh well, just park anywhere. I won't be back nor will our club if I can affect the choice.
