Room accommodations didn't reflect what the staff told me over the phone. Not enough bedding to go around. I was billed for miscellaneous charges that were out of my control. I feel like they are punishing me for having a disabled daughter. I will never stay here or at another la quinta again.

I am very sorry that you feel like you were being punished but anytime some one gets finger nail polish on sheet and the carpet there is a charge and that is what happened in your case. I don't know how we could have helped you any more we gave you extra bedding so you could sleep all the people...

We had an enjoyable stay at this La Quinta while in town for the Easter Weekend. It was very clean and well kept. Everyone who worked there were extremely nice and friendly. We look forward to staying here again soon.

We have stayed in La Quinta Inns before and unfortunately, this one was the worst. I needed to do 2 loads of laundry and they have 2 coin operated washing machines. I could get one to start but the coin inserter was jammed in the second so I could not turn it on. I reported it and was told that...

Stay was okay once we got relocated. A loud whining 'big' dog next door for 2+ hours soured our stay. Once we were relocated was okay, but very little remorse for situation and no compensation offered.

I am so sorry for the problem you had with the dog and I have now instructed my front desk to make sure they get cell phone numbers so we can call guest when their dog is causing a problem. We are a pet friendly hotel and try to put all dogs on one floor so this does not happen....

Room was clean and staff friendly and attentive. Room was located by a stairwell and back door - LOTS of noise until midnight. Had the room been in a different location I would have rated this hotel "excellent".

We had a very pleasant stay. Very clean rooms and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We traveled with 2 pets and we were not required and additional deposit which was a huge perk. I also booked a room last minute for a family member and was accommodated.

Spent a few days in the area sightseeing and stayed here. Nice place to stay. Rooms are comfy and clean. The breakfast was nice with all sorts of food items, plus coffee, milk and assorted juices. Nice, friendly staff. Try to stay at La Quintas whenever possible. Just seem to be a reliable place.

I can't believe how bad our experience has been at this sub-par location. We walk in after a ten hour Round Top shopping day to a young girl behind the desk crying. Her manager is nowhere to be found, keys aren't working, elevator not working, dogs barking in unoccupied rooms. We finally get to our room, wrong room. I booked...
