This place is disgusting! We tried to stay here after the UCLA game, and were supposed be in 158. The room smelled like smoke and room was absolutely disgusting. We immediately checked out and drove back to Austin.

We stayed in Manor Inn to move my daughter into her dorm as early as possible the next morning - her idea, mine. The price was great, the location was better, and the staff was awesome. I will stay here again.

We stayed at Manor Inn on recommendation from a resident of College Station. The price was great, the location was fantastic and the staff was incredible. We added a night to our stay with no trouble at all and they even matched our rates we had the night before. We'll stay here again.

We were in room 139, and the air conditioner was loud all night long. The worst part was the panicked, incessant knocking that woke us both from a deep sleep at 9 am. I got up, thinking the building was on fire, and it was just the maid, wanting to know if we wanted room service. We were both too...

We stayed in room 145 and the air conditioner kept me up all night it was so loud. There were bugs in the bathroom, both alive and dead. After arriving late in the evening, we checked into the room and I was too tired to ask to be moved. Then coming back to the room the next day at 10:00...

I've stayed here often recently and it's got to be the best deal in town. Not a lot to look at on the outside but the rooms are clean and rhe best are quality comfort and a decent breakfast. Walls were a little thin so I did get to hear the Midnight sounds of a "loving" couple next door, which...

My wife and I had a horribly unsettling. We showed up Friday evening to check in, no problem. They gave us our room keys and we proceeded to our room. The front desk attendant met us at the room where we were supposed to be staying in. It turned out to be the wrong room number. She went back to...

The only reason it gets a three and not a four is because it is a pretty basic room and breakfast. But for the price it should get four stars. I am not giving it four stars because it really is just okay but again for the price it is clean and pride of ownership in the place and they...

I got this hotel for forty dollars off on Hotwire. For that price, it was worth it. I wouldn't have been happy had I paid full price. It's simple. It's clean. Breakfast is provided, but it's not great. Pretty unhealthy. To its credit, it provides both a refrigerator and a microwave in the room. The beds are ok and the...

We stayed here in May 2016. This was over TAMU graduation weekend, and I failed to book a room until January 2016, which meant I did not have a lot to choose from, unless I wanted to spend $250+/night. Therefore, I did the best I could and booked Manor Inn. We will be sure to plan more carefully next time...
