Front desk people was not helpful, the room was dirty and smell bad, not a comfortable place to stay!
The only one good thing is that is close to down town and you cam get to many different restaurants, A&M is right down the street.
This place is a total dive!!!! Fridge & Air conditioner are crap... stains all over couch.. construction workers staying in hotel sitting outside with room doors open drinking and smoking blocking the walkway can't even get around them.... breakfast was joke... that was night 1.....More
Nice room. Good price. Pets allowed - but it was $40! - Which made the price - not good. They said the high charge for the pet because they do a "deep cleaning".
Location is good for eats, the university, and light shopping.
I would have rated the Manor Inn three -- until the front desk and manager provided the worst customer service I can recall.
