We were in room 139, and the air conditioner was loud all night long. The worst part was the panicked, incessant knocking that woke us both from a deep sleep at 9 am. I got up, thinking the building was on fire, and it was just the maid, wanting to know if we wanted room service. We were both too... More

We stayed in room 145 and the air conditioner kept me up all night it was so loud. There were bugs in the bathroom, both alive and dead. After arriving late in the evening, we checked into the room and I was too tired to ask to be moved. Then coming back to the room the next day at 10:00... More

I've stayed here often recently and it's got to be the best deal in town. Not a lot to look at on the outside but the rooms are clean and rhe best are quality comfort and a decent breakfast. Walls were a little thin so I did get to hear the Midnight sounds of a "loving" couple next door, which... More

My wife and I had a horribly unsettling. We showed up Friday evening to check in, no problem. They gave us our room keys and we proceeded to our room. The front desk attendant met us at the room where we were supposed to be staying in. It turned out to be the wrong room number. She went back to... More

The only reason it gets a three and not a four is because it is a pretty basic room and breakfast. But for the price it should get four stars. I am not giving it four stars because it really is just okay but again for the price it is clean and pride of ownership in the place and they... More

I got this hotel for forty dollars off on Hotwire. For that price, it was worth it. I wouldn't have been happy had I paid full price. It's simple. It's clean. Breakfast is provided, but it's not great. Pretty unhealthy. To its credit, it provides both a refrigerator and a microwave in the room. The beds are ok and the... More

We stayed here in May 2016. This was over TAMU graduation weekend, and I failed to book a room until January 2016, which meant I did not have a lot to choose from, unless I wanted to spend $250+/night. Therefore, I did the best I could and booked Manor Inn. We will be sure to plan more carefully next time... More

January. Booked and paid almost $500 in advance for a busy college weekend stay in April. Arrived in April. Filthy. Stained bedding and hair. We spent an awful night, and left College Station after our last event on Saturday. Tuesday through Friday. Spoke to Jamie, Sarah, Adrian, Victoria, Shantala, Sarah and Kathy at Getaroom, some of whom were part of... More

The hotel is an older facility, which was evidently recently remodeled. The rooms were generally clean enough, and the bed was comfortable. However, if they paid attention to details, it could be a three-star. Examples: 1) They had obviously recently replaced the tub, as there was a halfway peeled sticker still on it. Why wouldn't they take the time to... More

I needed a hotel in College Station for Aggies parents weekend, but I had no idea how soon the rooms would fill up. By the time I booked (2 months in advance), all of the "good" hotels were either full or way too expensive. So I risked it with the Manor Inn, which had mostly average and some poor ratings....
