Yes it is a HILTON.. however there are so many BETTER options in the college town, with lots of perks and as close as the HILTON Great if you are using FREE points. This is a small city?/ I am sure when 10,000 students graduate in May and FOOTBALL.. they are filled to capacity. SO MANY other options that are...

In the past, I was able to reserve a room the day before, but not this time. I paid for an upgraded suite and asked for a quiet room away from the road, they put me in one next to two busy roads -got no sleep the first night. They moved me to another room, which was a little better,...

Howdy Michael I'm very sorry to learn we failed you. It's very frustrating when you don't get a good nights sleep and that can set the tone for a miserable day for sure. We hope you'll give us another chance when in the area as our team would like to make it up to you.

Nice clean rooms, hotel gets a lot of fire fighters that are in town for training so sometimes it can be noisy in the Cabana area with remodeling going on through 2019. The remodeling does not affect your stay.

Stayed here for a week in May. The hotel lobby is currently undergoing major renovations. The bar area now has basically 3 tables with a temporary bar area. Meeting rooms are nice. The rooms are a bit dated but are clean in general. They honestly need to be renovated. A few minor issues like incomplete housekeeping one day (didn't leave...

My mother and I were quite comfortable. Everything necessary for a good conference was provided. We were pleased with the restaurant; when we asked to split a lunch entree they served it on two individual plates. The breakfast was particularly delicious.

This was my second time staying here and it was just as good the second time around. It is a great location and there were many choices of food at hotel and around the area. Great staff and the pool/hot tub area is very relaxing.

I have been staying in different hotels in College Station for the past months and I have to say this hotel is the best one! Employees are so nice and rooms are very clean. I would definitely book again. Although everything was great, the only thing I do have to say is that the double beds seem to be full...

Don't expect good service from the staff. We waited to check out until the attendant finished a personal phone call. Not to mention that we waited to check-in because the rooms were not ready at the check-in time.

Howdy 773ruthies I'm not sure what caused the delay in getting in your rooms and ask that you please forgive the aggravation. We work very hard to provide the best service in College Station (as our reviews will confirm) and I'm sorry that was not your experience. Hope you'll give us another try.

The hotel is being remodeled and everything is chaotic. There is only one area to check in which causes huge lines. Two elevators for a multi-story hotel is ridiculous. I checked in and there wasn't soap in the restroom so I had to wait in line to obtain some. The worst part is that the fire alarm went off but...

We're very sorry to have lost you as a guest Gail W In a nutshell, a pipe burst unexpectedly, spraying on to a smoke detector, that being the reason for a one floor sounding of the alarm (per code) and a lack of water for about an hour.
